The Shirotori If You want something you never had, you have to do something you’ve never done, which is take what you want. ORGANIZATION ORIGIN: Kumogakure/Land of Lightning ORGANIZATION HEADQUARTERS: Forrest Country ORGANIZATION PURPOSE The Shirotori have all left there homes with hate against there village's/countries for one reason or another. The feudal village system is clearly not working. The fedual lords are too busy lining there own pockets while the ninja system continues to fund there greed with the wars, crime and shady deals that happen in the shadows to keep them in power and in command. This group is hell bent on ending the era of shinobi, they as a group operate without laws holding them back a world without the feudal lords controlling things is the perfect one to them.    ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE The Shirotori each member is named after a chess piece from King- Pawn each generally have no meaning or rank other than the King and Bishop/queen who will be the member that has gathered the finance needed to fund there exploits. The King of the group is just the founding member of the group, while he can been seen as a leader, this doesn't have to be the case as a group votes can be taken to decide the next targets. People in the organization are all given a ring to show they are a member of the group that allows them access to the headquarters in the Forrest country. Upon death the ring becomes useless and cannot be used to gain entrance. Members looking to gain membership to this organisation usually have to have shown either from character creation or IC the hate against there village for a start, skills that could be useful to the group and bring something to the cause. That can be left to players wanting to join or make characters.  The positions are as followed. Real names are not used in the group for good reasons so members are to call each other by there organisation position aka king or use a nick name like an alias. Using real names can be punishable by death for good reason since respect between members needs to be maintained at all times. The Pawn positions of the groups are members that are new to the organisation they are the members in training so to speak, they will eventually earn full membership when they have proved themselves. Pawn positions could hold positions in villages as well so if they were to defect fully this could earn them full membership, but pawn members are not given a ring for obvious security reasons.  King - Founder of the group. Often seen as the leader but his action alone don't reflect the groups goals. Queen - This can be a finance position the one of the group that has secured the funding by any means for the group to fund there activities. Though female only if this position is used for the finance position. If this position isn't used for the finance option then it becomes the normal 'queen' position. [The Queen/Bishop is stated for either the finance position due to a male not wanting to be called a queen or a female to be called a bishop will leave this to player choice upon creation or a character joining IC. Whoever becomes the finance position the other position will be a normal queen or bishop position depending.] ORGANIZATION HISTORY The Shirotori started out nothing more than a group of Kumogakure shinobi loyal at the time to one man Omori Kenta who is the former Jounin Hanchou of Kumogakure. The man used to stand for everything the village stood for and pride as a Kumogakure shinobi. Over time his opinions about enemies of the village were ignored by the Raikage he served. The man grew more and more frustrated as time went on by the lack of action by the village. While he understood the need to recover because of the effects of the plague that suffered throughout the land of lightning he understood the village needed time to recover. As time went on and the village began to recover it was like nothing had happened. The village would just accept they had been dealt a crap hand and live with it. Kenta didn't want to hear the poor excuses coming from the village higher ups, council members and the Raikage. He had voiced his opinions long enough that the village had grown weak and needed to make a point one way or another. At the worse of times Kenta was a hard man to calm down and stop when he put his mind to something. So he had a plan in his mind one that he knew he could not turn back from once he had gone ahead with it. The mission had been one to the capital of the lightning country Sancho, there mission had been planned way in advance and set up so they would have easy passage into the capital. Once in the capital they all unleashed a series of well place strikes against civilians and the guard just to prove a point how weak the country's defences had become as a simple series of shinobi who walked right in the gates of the countries capital were capable of causing this much damage. During the attack one of the group of four who travelled with Kenta stayed behind to cover the escape while the other fled. They all decided to split up so they all would not be followed. Following on from this attack for a while Kenta roamed the land picking up jobs to get by and just increasing his reputation as a missing nin. Then when he travelled to the Forrest country he had found it to be a place with a lot more criminals like himself so he thought that it would be a good place to gain even more fame. There he eventually formed a group of low-life's himself called the Tori, he was the self proclaimed warlord of the group, the name even got stuck to Kenta and is often referred to the alias by others. After several months the man had set up more a suitable base underground that had been created mainly from the man power of low-lifes at his disposal since he commanded such power and strength clearly the strongest out of his group. Though the idea of using the base he had constructed underground as a means of getting his goals ahead so that day onwards he formed the Shirotori, the base above ground attacked as a bandit camp, while underground the real bad things happened in the Shirotori it was well hidden and access only could be granted with a special ring, the perfect cover of using a bandit hideout above ground.   ORGANIZATION SPECIALS The group as a whole will have to vote on matters to do with the group and there next goals in mind all with working towards a better tomorrow without the village system and feudal lords. Members of the group tend to work together in groups of two or three, usually the most fitting for the mission are picked by the group as a whole. The group doesn't wear special clothing as they wanna keep the group a secret for as long as possible, full members are issued with a ring that allows access to the hideout in the forrest country. If killed the ring will not work, if captured the ring becomes useless, the ring only works with the registered user of the person chakra using it. Getting captured means disendowment from the group for allowing yourself to be captured by the enemy. Members are also required to take on mercenary contracts when able to in order to help finance the organisation goals further. Members are also free to move about as they wish to bear in mind of hunter-nins or other threats as most will be missing nin, not limited to just missing ninja though. Full members are granted Power rings.
