Universal jutsu, Heavy axe weapon, raiton Heavy Axe Style The Heavy Axe style is a set of movements using a heavy double bladed axe while the style can be used to cut object like any other bladed weapon that is not the intend of this style. The style is meant to perform heavy attacks from the user that overwhelm defences with sheer power of the damage behind them. The style can be performed by using one or two hands as required depending on the situation at hand. Strikes from this style are able to be performed with or without chakra but adding the latter adds even more destructive power behind the attacks with the raiton element. When someone is defending against this style with another weapon or shield the users attack will tend to hurt enemies because of the power of his strikes and how quick they can be performed. Because heavy axes have a greater range than most typical swords and other types of standard weapons the user of the heavy axe style can tend to have a few foot between them while fighting due to the pure size of a heavy axe. Users of this style can be moving or stationary when using this style as much of the strength required comes natural to the one using it and speed will have no output on power of this style. Speed can just speed up the attacks that follow up. NAME: Omoi Ono : Inazuma Nageru [Heavy Axe: Lightning Throw ] RANK: A CHAKRA USAGE: High CLASSIFICATION: Bukijutsu ELEMENT: Raiton HANDSEALS: 0 REQUIREMENT: DESCRIPTION: First either from a stationary or running motion the user will charge the heavy axe with high chakra then with one or two hands the user will swing the axe from overhead launching it towards the enemy at great speed, it can travel up to [40 meters] its capable of crushing almost anything blocking its path be it chakra based or not and when it makes impact with something for example the ground it will leave a large crater in the ground of if a human it will likely crush them with ease. What truly makes this a powerful attack is after impact the high costing raiton chakra stored within the heavy axe would be discharged in all directions for [20 meters] not only will the impact damage cause damage but the raiton discharge as well, its capable of leaving bad electrical burns on enemies caught within [10 meters] anything between [10-20 meters] will leave an enemy stunned from the discharge preventing them from moving for a [2 posts]. The jutsu can be used often if the user has a way of getting the heavy axe back into their hands quickly and has the potential to have hardly any downtime between throws. NAME: Omoi Ono : Inazuma Omoi Eikyo [Heavy Axe: Lightning Heavy Impact ] RANK: A CHAKRA USAGE: High CLASSIFICATION: Bukijutsu ELEMENT: Raiton HANDSEALS: 0 REQUIREMENT: DESCRIPTION: The user will spend a high amount of chakra as they channel this chakra through their heavy axe then taking a good run up before hand, middle of running or mid air already and even stationary. As they swing the axe down overhead in front of them with two hands, the strike is quick, heavy and causing a great amount of impact with the sure power behind the attack. This is an attack that is capable of destroying chakra based defences with ease smashing through them or creating an impact on the ground leaving a [large] boulder sized created from the impact in front of them. As well as the impact damage the weapon when it strikes a surface whatever it being will discharge a large area of raiton chakra stored from the weapon, it will leave bad electrical burns on anything up to [20 meters] away and between [20-40 meters] it will be capable of stunning enemies with raiton chakra for [2 posts] NAME: Omoi Ono : Inazuma Giga Eikyo [Heavy Axe: Lightning Giga Impact ] RANK: S CHAKRA USAGE: Very High initial cost [High chakra per strike after] CLASSIFICATION: Bukijutsu ELEMENT: Raiton HANDSEALS: 0 REQUIREMENT: Omoi Ono : Inazuma Omoi Eikyo DESCRIPTION: This justu is the stronger version of the Omoi Ono : Inazuma Omoi Eikyo. The user will spend a very high amount of chakra as they channel this chakra through there heavy axe then taking a good run up before hand, middle of running or mid air already and even stationary. As they swing the axe down overhead in front of them with two hands, the strike is quick, heavy and causing a great amount of impact with the sure power behind the attack. This is an attack that is capable of destroying most chakra based defences with ease smashing through them or crating an [massive] impact on the ground leaving a [massive] boulder sized creator from the impact in front of them. Whatever this jutsu strikes after the initial impact will cause the jutsu to expand the very-high chakra stored within the weapon in a powerful discharge anything within [10 meters] will certainly be killed instantly anything between [10-30 meters] will have bad electrical burns and anything at [30-60 meters] will be stunned for [2 posts]. What more is the user then can follow up with more attacks but at the cost of [high] chakra cost each time this is used by quickly charging the heavy axe in hand and continuing to relentless attack at will each strike will cause [large] boulder shape creators on surfaces if not crushing an enemy if caught. As well as the impact damage the weapon when it strikes a surface whatever it being will discharge a large area of raiton chakra from stored from the weapon, it will leave bad electrical burns anything up to [20 meters] away and between [20-40 meters] it will be capable of stunning enemies with raiton chakra for [2 posts] Dur to the nature of this powerful and relentless attack it can only be used [3 times] before extreme exhaustion begins to set in. Max of [4] follow up swings following the initial impact with the [high] chakra cost.

General note:

If we'd like these techniques to be usable without chakra/Raiton we might want to remove raiton as a necessary element for the jutsu and then add an additional cost for the application of Raiton. The descriptions of the jutsu also explicitly state they charge with chakra/use chakra - if the flavor states they can be used without chakra, that might be a good idea to edit out in favor of different language. Otherwise, we might want to axe the description of it being usable without chakra from the flavor text.
