The opportunity to go into the Fake Village was thrilling in a way. As a budding Shinobi they all had their duty to play and for what it was worth, Hotarubi appreciated getting to go outside the actual village. Not that he would ever tell, but they needed to maintain that secrecy if they were the only true hidden village. Unless other hidden villages had secret operations as well, he supposed. But - why was he here today? Simple enough. To play the part, and what his other secret helping hand was, was for noodles. Why, he had been an apprentice for several years - today he was just attending to an "alternate" job in the Takigakure no Sato that was reknowned to the world and was nearly done with his day having already gotten to the afternoon. There were other headbands that Hotarubi was able to scope out while he was there, as well as a lot more civilians. He didn't realise how weak he himself had been until he had become a Shinobi properly, because... there was a world of difference between them. But he wanted to know how big the difference was between himself and some of the other faces in the pop-up shop, an easy enough establishment that someone could duck their head under and get to ordering. But one that he was more than capable of doing.

Taki was on a bit of a more personal visit to Takigakure these days stopping by to visit her old teacher to see how she was getting on. It had been quite a few months since she'd seen her after the mission the two embarked on but getting to the actual village itself was a bit of a chore, one that raised the girls appetite something fierce.

As such the girl would head into the town square and look for something to fill her gullet, and after not finding much that fit her palette she’d stop by a ramen shop and looked over at the stand. "A beef bowl or some ramen don’t sound too bad.” the girl would think to herself heading over towards the stand and taking a seat at one of the stools.

"Yo Shopkeep watcha got for me…?” she’d say banging on the table not enough to be rude but simply to get the mans attention but looking at him she noticed that he looked a little pale, like chalk. When was the last time this guy must’ve seen the sun? "Dats an interestin complexion ya got dere?” she’d say making a joke at his expense.

"Dat a natural look for ya?” the girl would say in jest taking a slightly closer look at him wondering just what he was, as she also waited to know just what was on the menu.

During Taki's training she learns that she has a significant amount of energy and after graduating to the rank of genin she began to learn how to properly make use of them under the tutelage of Midori Chizawa. As a result the girl is now able to perform a bevy of powerful techniques for longer periods of time without tiring as quickly as others.

With the rigorous training that Taki's now able to throw down with the best of them boasting monstrous strength fitting for her professional wrestling background, having combined that with the training she performed at the academy has now made her able to performs ridiculous feats such as being able to crush stones in her grip causing concussions and snap bones with her powerful strikes and holds. Taki has also increased the amount of weight she is able to lift by a massive margin in a way that makes her an even more fearsome taijutsu practitioner than before.

As a result of her training, and advancements as a genin. Taki's grappling ability has increased even further making her wrestling based techniques far more difficult to deal with and escape from. As a result, her slams, holds, submissions and suplex's are far more damaging and harder to escape from then that of a genin who is not trained in these particular abilities.

When transforming into Sage Mode Taki's body and overall Taijutsu prowess increase exponentially most notably her grip strength allowing her to take hold of someone with a painful amount of power amplifying her already proficient ability to grapple with an opponent making it significantly harder to be broken out of as well a deal a considerable amount of damage.

When transforming into Sage Mode Taki's body Taki is able to use nature energy to harness her powers in order to make her more physically imposing than normal adding to her natural affinities with Taijutsu allowing her move faster and hit harder heavy items thus adding a good amount of power and heft to her attacks allowing her to snap bones with much less effort and outpace a good majority of her enemies with her monstrous charge.

Due to the coarse strength of a gorilla's skin Taki is able to withstand a good amount of extra punishment allowing her to be able to withstand blows from most enemies that most shinobi wouldn't be able to normally withstand. As such blows from strong fighters are reduced by a considerable amount and when struck feel like colliding with a considerably immovable force.

Hotarubi was still going about his day like no wrongs had been made - but the sun was still out! He paid no mind to the comings and goings; unless they were a customer. Every entry, including Taki's, was met with a 'Irasshaimase' but continued stirring, keeping the noodles he worked at at a steady temperature. Yep, then it became bad. Hotarubi stopped what he was doing - focusing on the child. "Chef." Hotarubi sordidly reminded. An older man burst from the separation between a deeper part of the kitchen and through the tapestry that separate them. "Chef my ass, you're a baby snake." He waggled a knife at him menacingly. "You'd best return in thirty years when I'm dead and you pry the ladle from my dead hands. Then ya might be worth ya meat." Hotarubi loudly tutted, paying the invitation to violence no mind. But the old chef pointed at Taki as well. "But he's right - Chef. Not shopkeep." and he took off. Hotarubi just looked at the falling tapestry as he moved under it, and a sound of disgust broke from his gullet. But Hotarubi turned to Taki, unbothered by the use of tones of his complexion. "Superiority as written, is what it is, child," he chided strongly in response, staring unflinchingly back at the... Shinobi. "You must not do well with the heat. The watergrass ramen is good for the weak. It's... boiled." But he was dressed up himself in a chef's outfit, with a bit more protection. Not that Taki would have known it but it was on account of his unique clan like physiology that he kept dirt from the food.
