"I am...dependable....loyal..."

Repetition seemed to be the way of things as it had been a month since she had parted ways with Zakku as he went to take care of a certain matter. In truth, it had been such a sudden departure that Ayukawa had not even gotten any new instruction from him in her training. It left her a bit in the dark, but she imagined that it must have been pretty important. Still, she managed to use what she had learned so far...which was more or less attempting to try an reinforce her own core.

Holding the piece of paper in front of her, she'd begin to read the words upon it's surface, silently mouthing them as she did her best to keep it to memory.

The mind really was a funny thing, as she was starting to believe it the more and more she read it to herself. Even if it was just quietly right before bed. Of course, she imagined it might be a far more challenging aspect to prove it. But perhaps if she believed it, maybe that would be enough. Zakku seemed to think so.

As she sat cross-legged by the water, her eyes looking to the setting sun as she watched it wade down beneath it, the young female would soon begin to place the letter back within her pocket, folding it neatly before then rising up from the wet sand. It would be getting dark soon, and she needed to prepare for bed if she wanted to be up early to get her run in. Being independent meant that no one was there to tell you what you should be do it, it was just expected. Shinobi or not, she wasn't going to let herself or Zakku-kun down until he got back. Yet just as she seemed ready to head to her tent, she'd catch something as it whirled past her face, her eyes narrowed as her hand gripped what felt like hardened wood, which once had been just a blur in her line of vision. Realizing it to be an arrow, her eyes widened as she could see a small message attached to it, rolled into what could be considered as no more than a scrap of paper.

Looking around her, she imagined that whomever had sent this was still close, her nose trying to pick up their scent, but only getting what amounted to a mixture of odors. Of course, they were still familiar in smell. It was from someone within the Saeko.

As she dropped the arrow and rapidly unraveled the note, she'd see a single kanji upon it, knowing the meaning in her native tongue.

"Honor meet..."

Her eyes would look around once more, leading to her then scanning the length of the beach as she released a breath.

An honor meet was one of the most important kind of structured gatherings within her clan. It was meant as a test...mostly for adulthood, but also to gauge one's skills as a hunter or huntress. In truth, she had not thought herself to even be considered for such a test any longer with everything that had happened. But clearly someone did. Did this mean that she could come home?

Her expression shifted to a biting of her lip. She wasn't sure if she could even leave the area. After all, she was supposed to be training. What if Zakku came back and started looking for her?

Looking back down at the message once more, her purple gaze would stare at it and then narrow as she took in a deep breath.

"I always follow my heart..."

In the Jungle
To survive in the desert, one must be able to keep up with not just the prey, but also to outrun the wild predators as well. Ayukawa training and life in the wilderness and vast landscape has prepared her for such events. Her genetics in relation to the Saeko Clan have given her an edge in physical combat, along with making her much more agile. Living out in the desert has also made her incredibly durable due to the intense environment surrounding her, along with possessing a high amount of physical stamin

Lion's Sleep
Hunter instincts and experience on the hunt have granted Ayukawa insight into the minds of the prey she encounters. Animalistic encounters have allowed her to track and be capable of following those that she intends to target, at times giving her brief, but small insight into their intentions. While not fully developed, they have improved over her continued use and natural development, allowing her instincts to be heighten to a point where she isn't caught off-guard when activated or in an intense moment that requires a reaction. It also allows for her to at times get inside of the heads of her target, mostly due to their movements and their patterns once discovered. It is a skill that is constantly growing, though has yet to reach it's full potential.
