These women are all very adept fighters with their respective weapons. Each lady is capable of incredible speeds, matching that of Primary-Weaponry Elite Jounin, and are able to deliver devastating physical attacks that can shatter stone and burst through steel with little difficulty or hit a bullseye from a long distance. While the assassins are a group, they are able to be summoned separately and controlled as individuals, making them ideal for fighting larger groups or creating strategic situations, such as pincer attacks and ambushes and making it very hard to escape from them. Or you can summon one depending on the mission. One carries a katana, one carries a large number of Kunai for throwing and one is a hand to hand master of taijustsu. They are also treated as having the SA Silent Killing the user has. They are not as Durable as the Souzouteki’s other S-rank who can withstand 2 high ranking attacks the assassins can only take one. Weaponry that is not considered to be incredibly powerful however water techniques are still very effective against the ink creations. Due to their massive power, the Kings assassins must be drawn out on paper to be summoned, either beforehand or during battle, but they Kings are unable to be stored within jutsu such as the Boku Sōsa: Karada. They can only be summoned one time during a fight and once they have been destroyed there is little chance the user will have enough chakra to bring them back.

What is the primary difference between this technique and the "Boku Sōsa: Niō [Ink Manipulation: Benevolent Kings]" technique? Much of it is word-for-word so I personally do not see a need for a totally separate technique that is identical.

The assassin aspect the kings a 3m tall and pure taijutsu base. Where as mine are normal human size with more assassin skills and weaponry based.

Please re-word so that it is in your own writing and not copy-pasted from another technique. Currently, it does not really read as an assassination technique or something very unique to that particular area of specialty. Even the example was not changed out (pincer / ambush attacks). In other words, the 3m 'kings' are just as capable of assassination. Explain how this is different in the description - how tall they are and why they are adept at assassination as opposed to the other technique.
