[googlefont="Bitter"] [googlefont="Butcherman"] As Ahma gave her explanation to the boy, she kept her eye open for a reaction. Whether it was for a good or bad one was of no concern, the only thing that mattered was A reaction. And she sort of got one, the more she spoke, the more the boy opposite of her began to realize something, likely her rationale. It looked almost as if he was in disbelief something like that can even happen, but for the girl, it did happen, and how she wished it didn't. Ahma finished but it was quickly followed by a question if that answer was sufficient.
The boy took a deep introspective sigh, one you'd hear when one was lost in their thoughts. The Nuke wondered if she may have broken the boy, honestly, a broken spirit would prove her point. She was rather hopeful but it was more cautious optimism, she doubted greatly that tale would be enough to have the boy reach to live rather than this collision course of death. After mere seconds that felt like a decade, the boy finally answered, stating it was indeed enough. He gave a summary of all that she explained, it was slightly irritating, but she knew it was a way some people cemented their knowledge.
He was about to ask a rather dangerous question, answering it would certainly dispel the mystery of her existence which is something she didn't want to clear. He did stop himself and the young woman just watched him as he corrected himself, motionless and rather poker-faced. Wait, after all of that, you can't even give your full pity? Well... doesn't matter anyway. I can already guess where the rest of this is going. The girl thought as she listened that his home indeed has high expectations of him. Slowly, the boy was playing into her hand, proving her in some sense right.
He tracked back to when she stated he was a coward and admitted that he was one. That he couldn't answer the question, that he was unsure if his village was an exception. Honestly, she wanted to throw him into every corner of this cavern, he still is using his village as his self-identity and that was exactly not what she wanted to know. She wanted to see this boy's truth, what he truly believed in, and how he felt about himself. It seemed he was a tad too dull to understand he was a person and not a tool.
Before she could judge him too harshly, the boy leaned low to the ground, full-on bowing to her like she was some god. It felt both nice and weird at the same time. He stated that after the coming Exams, he might not be so cowardly anymore and accurately answer her question. That thought just left a sour taste in her mouth, the boy was willing to risk going further down this road before reconsidering. Once again, Ahma did the seals needed to create the crystal kunai, throwing it to the wall as it bounced only momentarily before crumbling away.
"People are looking for me for a crime I didn't commit. I might not be here by the time these Exams are over, so if I'm not here for the answer, answer the question for yourself and see through and assure you follow through with your answer. I'll more than likely still be here, no one has been looking for me for a long time though... I can't say I'm not disappointed, but I can say if you must do this to find your answer; to find yourself then I cannot stop you." Ahma lifted a hand up and clenched her fist, the room got a little darker as the crystal wall fell apart behind Kojirou, well, until a little more natural light came in, but still rather dark.
The girl created another crystal kunai and it lodged into the wall on the side. "You have two choices, neither is a wrong choice. You can leave and go take these exams, come back a better, stronger man. Or you can spend a few moments and help me train." The girl repeated the crystal kunai again, again, and again. All the results were the same. It brought clear frustration to her face but it was whatever, she just continued training like she didn't just give a lecture and soul-searching question.
SA(S) USED: Onyx Nuke Ahma is considered one of the generational lucky few who has access to the clan's most cherished ability. The Kekkai Tota, Shōton. Having access to crystal release sets up a wide array of possibilities of possible jutsu to learn and utilize. As with many advanced release abilities, having keys to the vault is only half the battle. Unlike the classic violet Amethyst of other Shōton users, Ahma's Crystals (unless specifically indicated by the jutsu) appear like Onyx in coloration.
天国の贈り物 | Tengoku no okurimono Ahma learned her 'Heavenly Gift' from the clan's teachings. Her gift affects her Ninjutsu, allowing her to wield unique, powerful, neigh-impossible to replicate elemental enhancements to her elemental ninjutsu. Her Heavenly Gift also deviates from enhancing all her basic elements to focusing on two, Fūton and Doton. What this means is that inherently, Ahma's doton jutsus can act as a minuscule seismic sense when in active use. Her Fūton becomes harder to see, while it still has a translucent color when applicable, the jutsu overall comes out faster compared to other non-SA-enhanced ninjutsu specialists.
Unique Seal Adaptation Every Tenchi clan member is taught unique handseals and instead, prayer gestures and sutras for Jutsu, Ahma is no different to this. As such she is considered an advanced level sealist [re: Handseals] in the art. This does not grant her speed in the hand seals of common ninjutsu, rather she has an edge in the delivery of her clan's specialized jutsu.
Fine like Jade Through extraneous training in chakra usage, Ahma has developed an unnatural level of chakra control. While it still isn't perfected, she has learned to efficiently mitigate excess exhaust from the jutsus she casts and how to give the proper input for the desired output, rather than pouring as much as she can and hoping for the best.
