It affects the sense of sight, all the target sees will be delayed. Meaning their response time will be affected and made longer. Seemingly the user will glitch when they move at a brisk walk, but may walk or talk wihtout any interruptions or disturbances. The jutsu is effective over a large area and will last for a total of 3 rounds, but the round count may re-set as long as the smoke is in within the target(s) range of smell.
