During a mock-fight, backed into a corner by his challenger, Sho pulls out a technique that he has seen once before. It's inefficient, and messy, but it seems to pull its weight and help him win the fight.

Atagi Uzumaki, someone who doesn't understand his own limits or just how weak he was compared to some of their seniors. Even still, there was something about him that Sho couldn't help but want to aid, and so he provided him a medical exam and performed a rare technique that he had seen others of his clan do to try and pump him up before the exam.

LINK TO THREAD: Knock on Wood DESCRIPTION: During his previous adventures on the training ground, Shosuke was scouted for his ability to use Mokuton by a member of Konohagakure, Shigure Hyuga. However, the pair quickly find themselves butting heads, Sho finding Shigure arrogant and Shigure thinking Sho is childish for not accepting his superiority without question. This back and forth eventually leads to death threats, yet it also provides something Sho would never have had on his own - an emotional crack into the wall of pleasant acceptance that was Sho's previous atmosphere. He grows stronger and more competent as a ninja from tapping into his emotions.

Azarea Aburame Azarea DESCRIPTION: As part of his first job for the village as a shinobi, Sho was paired with an elder genin, Azarea, in order to do a mission - deal with a village asking for help. Together, the pair found out the village was being held ransom and slowly being attacked repeatedly by a specific Yakuza clan. Sho and Azarea managed to take the clan apart and bring back some of the kidnapped victims, but unfortunately many of them managed to get away.  -

However, when dealing with an Aburame, it becomes obvious just how different their physiology is compared to a regular person's. With the guidance of the patient in question, Sho manages to give her the required treatment, showing his need to widen and deepen his understanding of the wide variety of bodies caused by Kekkei Genkai and Hijutsu.
