This genjutsu purpose is used primarily as a means of educating shinobi on large swaths of history by creating an animated illusion of what is being spoken by the orator it is mostly used by academy instructors in order to make lessons a bit more exciting. The genjutsu effects ones sense of sight as well as their hearing, and can effect multiple people at once over a distance of about the size of a small classroom
