[attr="class","bgtk-lyric2"]They said school would be fun. [attr="class","bgtk-post"] In the middle of the rapidly developing city stood an old stone house on a steep slope. Not nasty or dirty but it wasn't exactly clean either due to the constant downpour of rain. Combined with lacks of maintenance, anyone with a decent nose would smell the discomforting oozy smell from the building. Comparing with the others peers, this academy was small and tiny, only had one hall that could fit two dozens of students at max. Two additional wings were attached on both left and right of the hall, serving as the canteen and teachers' room. If there were any silver lining in this poor little academy, it would be the huge pasture of green with twice the size of the academy, fenced properly and filled with trees and cattle, found at the back of the building connected via a long hallway at the back of the hall. [break][break] It would be fun, Akirei vividly remembered his mother's comment before being escorted to the academy. Climbing the stoned pavement to reach the academy built on top of a small hill, his expectation would quickly shatter as the building in front of him was exactly the opposite of what he pictured in his mind. Well, it wasn't exactly reasonable to expect a prestigious academy since his mother was poor, but the poorly maintained building was too much of a disappointment to him and the two weirdly looking stone pillars standing in front of the entrance certainly made it look worse. [break][break] "Mom, are you for real?" He resisted saying it out from his mouth because he knew his mom had his fair share of problem too. [break][break] "I shouldn't add any more burden on her. He said it to himself as he took his stepped into the front entrance. "Aki, you got this!" [break][break] Little did he know, this small step of him marked the beginning of his long and worst nightmare.
