Moment Music The responsibility of a Commander was to ensure that not only an operation went well, but also that by all attempts possible, make sure that everyone came home in one piece. While not always realistic, Arashi considered a day successful when she didn't hear about injuries, death, or something going array in some way shape or form. It was honestly the best news she could get next to things happening in opposition of that. Though when things didn't, she took a moment to consider just how it happened and to try and make sure that her people were trained so that the same mistake didn't happen again. That was what leadership meant to her, ensuring that the leadership learned just as much as those involved and that they worked harder to do better. It was one of the things she hated so much about those in superior status. Often than not, they didn't learn anything and would furthermore do the same thing all over again without any regard for the lives being wasted in the process. It was why she worked so hard....and it was clear the moment that the girl was now spending as much time within her office as her father. Her eyes looked over papers, checking over maps and layouts, ensuring that she knew just as much about the location as those going into it. She wanted to know when the target regularly took a piss and be able to time to the very last second. It showed that she was dedicated and that she cared enough to go that extra mile. Not many would be able to say the same, but she'd be damned if she wasn't among them. As she leaned back within her chair, her eyes seeming to narrow themselves, she'd soon find herself at a crossroads as she took out a pen and began tracing out two different routes before then tapping it's edge against the table itself. "Two points....each on leading to either a dead end or a passage that has little room for access. Possible for usage, yet limited in number of trips. Could be a way for team to get out...consider that extaction point C..." Jotting down this note, the young woman would then rise up, reaching toward the ceiling as she looked down to see Nai moving over toward her from the opposite side of the desk. As she whined softly, Arashi would gently stroke her fur as she then yawned. "I know...I know its late...just wanna make sure this goes right for tomorrow...no loose ends...it has to be tight..." From there, she'd then look around and see how dark it was outside her window, prompting her to blink for a moment before noting a figure seemingly moving around the building. It wasn't too strange to find security on patrol, especially if the Kazekage was still on site, but it wasn't exactly common for one of them to be someone she didn't assign to the task. "The hell?" The figure was familiar enough that Arashi would easily recognize it, prompting her to pull herself from her chair, making her way out the window as she landed down outside the Kage Tower and just behind the once lost Shippai. "294? What are doing here?" SPOILER: Click to show -S.A Used- Ultimate Defense A Skill granted by her continued use and developed relationship with Shukaku over the continued use of this control over sand, Arashi has a stronger connection to the element, allowing her to use it at a much more intensive rate than before. As such, her defenses are much more adapt and capable of taking on stronger attacks and reinforcing itself at faster speed. This adaptation to the sand shield allows for it's reaction time to have increased and make it more challenging for attacks to connect and break through the first layer, while acting still on the natural inclinations of auto-repairing itself for the next strike. Hunter's Instinct With her training from her mother, along with the lessons she learned from her time with the Saeko's Clan, Arashi adapted her tracking ability to a level similar to that of a sensory nin. As such, allowing her much more precision in her ability to find and keep on the heels of individual targets or groups through use of her enhanced sense of smell and ability to identify individuals and objects at long range. Enhanced Smell Somehow, Arashi has gained an enhanced sense of smell. It appears that she’s been hanging around dogs for too long and has obtained a sense of smell that rivals that of a blood hound. In reality, she has simply discovered that by channeling some chakra to her nose she can enhance the cells within it and gain a super sense of smell that may act as a sensor and tracking technique. She can smell out strangers, steel and various other things. Arashi may retract her chakra from her nose as well to make her sense of smell return to normal. Due in most regards to her heavily enhanced sense of smell, With her continued usage of this ability, she has now become capable of near passively monitoring the exact range of a target and their positioning within 250 meters. (Able to turn "off and on" this enhanced sense at the 'prick' of chakra to her nose) -Jutsu Used- -Items Used- -Familiar Used-

Unit 294 often found himself--not knowing what to do with himself. There were several times that he was put to work, but it was overbearing to constantly figure out something new to assign the puppet to accomplish--the missions he was capable of performing were quickly carried out, and most shinobi were humans who needed to stop, to rest, to get sleep, who wanted to spend their time with friends and family and other loved ones--but Unit 294 was no such thing. When he was not being assigned tasks... he did not know what to do.
    More often than not, when he was left to his own devices, the Shippai would patrol around the village.
    Guarding various points, streets, or buildings--choosing whichever one randomly, or deciding to keep guard of all of them. Whichever.
    As the puppet walked about the vicinity he listened to his surroundings. His ears were particularly sensitive, but it allowed him to pick up all sorts of noises from great distance--footsteps, voices, hushed conversations, the creaking of doors or the shifting of objects. He had grown very used to all the sounds that the world made, and it was during the evenings when the village began to sleep that all of the commotion was much more bearable. The height of midday chatter was not enough to set him off, his tolerance was higher than that--but it certainly made him grow irritated almost immediately. The sounds of the evening were much quieter in comparison--though there was no such thing as true silence.
    But it would be how he knew Arashi was approaching and why he would stop his pacing to look upon her as she leaped from her window to fall to the ground where he stood.
    There was no alarm for him--he knew Arashi was a capable shinobi, and jumping from such a height did not provoke any real danger or worry. So, instead, he would simply observe as she then called out--speaking to him directly, a bit to his surprise.
    He was not entirely certain what caused her own shock, but he did not immediately comment on it.
    "Arashi-denka," Unit 294 addressed her formally--taking to older and out-dated honorifics from his era. The puppet would give a deep bow to the woman in greeting before standing upright once more. "I am patrolling," he was quick to answer her question--though he thought it was rather obvious. He would not speak to her with any slight or disrespect--incredibly patient despite it. "It is an honor to be met with your presence. Is there something I may do to assist you?" He did not know why else she would have approached him.

"Okay....but why though?" Arashi would rest her hand upon her hip, her expression calm as she began to consider the people she had assigned to patrol that evening. While she was certain that her memory wasn't failing her, it was likely that someone may have just placed 294 on this task to get out of it. Of course, from what she could tell, and the scents she could pick up from close by, everyone who was supposed to be on call was in position. So it meant that he should not have been doing anything at all. It was the same for her father's own arrangement of guards. Asahi included. "You're not supposed to be on duty...and my dad already has his people protecting him for the night...." While rubbing the back of her neck, the young jounin would look around as she realized that for the most part, everything was quiet. There wasn't really much of a need for an alarm to this, though it just seemed like such a wasted thing to have him on call when there wasn't a point to it. But then, as she allowed her hand to move into the pocket of her shorts, the female would once again begin to consider the alternatives to this action. "So...I guess..that means ya should be off duty...or at the very least...at home...unless the Kazekage asked you to do this...did he?" There laid the thing that seemed to always make her question the motivations of Shippai. Technically, they were to be operated under the assumption that every action they took was a directive or an order from the Kazekage. To act individually from a set of motives was strange to say the least, and while she wasn't an expert, it didn't seem like something they were supposed to be able to do.
