You've been paid to remove all ads by those business that aren't within the businesses property. This'll include signs, flyers and other attempts to advertise.

C-rank Missions Mission Title: Debt Collection [Repeatable] Mission Rank: C-rank NPC Required: No Random Mission Scenario: Enabled Participants: [Open] Description: It's really quite simple an otherwise outstanding individual hasn't paid due money, it's your job by any means necessary to acquire the owed money. Target and value varying per-mission, but it's always a non-shinobi to their knowledge. Mission Title: Bar Brawl [Repeatable] Mission Rank: C-rank NPC Required: No Random Mission Scenario: Enabled Participants: [Open] Description: A self proclaimed club has opened up outside of local governments control and within a residential district. In order to get attention to these establishments or simply scare them out of place, the local populace has put together a fund to purchase SHAKAR mercs to stage a fight within the club. The clubs are typically known to be rowdy, so it won't be too out of place, but these are fit and intoxicating individuals expect a serious brawl. Your goal will be to battle until everyone is beaten or authorities arrive. Avoid capture. Mission Title: Digging Dirt [Repeatable] Mission Rank: C-rank NPC Required: No Random Mission Scenario: Enabled Participants: [Open] Description: A local restaurant has noticed the prices of their competitor are just out of place for the dishes being served. They're betting their own fortune on this, but they want a shinobi to investigate and find what this competitor is doing to lower the prices. (Examples; substituting meats ie steak for rat or possum. cutting the product; ie mixing it with other products to pad it out, Poison Product; IE using spoiled or tampered products, Lacing; IE adding something to make the product addictive while not delivering a full dish)

B-rank Missions Mission Title: Debt Collection Hard Mode [Repeatable] Mission Rank: B-rank NPC Required: No Random Mission Scenario: Enabled Participants: [Open] Description: Whether it be debts owed to a present SHAKAR business or a client needing a debt collected, these missions are contract to approach typically considered upstanding individuals or individuals outside of government jurisdiction. The individuals in this mission are those who've had shinobi training and can be quite dangerous, but they've past owed a debt so attain it one way or another from them.

I'd like to make this a standing mission board like my Iwagakure Mission Board. I'd also like to put her the advertisement. SHAKAR is an organization intended to seek business with any forces, as well as is willing to recruit from any resources. They're a globally available Mercenary organization. This also means any individual is able to create contracts, as to request things their village might not agree to or allow.
