[Nōhime Reiko]

The sounds one could hear in a hospital was diverse. From the beeps of heart monitors to the wheels of gurneys moving. The sounds of pens on paper and doctors' orders to nurses, or to patients even.The differences between people who enter were benign as a broken bone or they were as egregious as lost limbs. Heroes and harbingers of terrible news, if it wasn't to the patient, it was to their family. Some could console emotional wounds, but others could not. Most of the faculty were trained to save lives, some had that human component that helped deal with wounds not physically mendable. Fewer still either didn't know how to navigate that or chose to ignore it. Working in a hospital wasn't glamorous, but, if no one was here, who else would be?

"3 Grams of Magnesium sulfate stat and I needed a Heparin IV drip yesterday!" A doctor yelled rushing with a racing patient-bound gurney. Following the red-haired man was six-inch shorter female, watching the liquid enter a needle injection. Eyes glued to measuring yet following ever so swiftly. A brunette hair woman asked for confirmation of the patient's condition. "Severe blunt trauma to upper and lower extremities, a stab wound of the left sternum exiting right lower lumbar, narrowly missed both lungs but pierced the liver. No response to verbal or physical stimuli, suspected septic shock from blood los-" "MS injection site, left common Carotid artery!" A high-pitched yet monotone voice stated prior to injecting the patient with a daft prick. "Chance of survival?"

"None if we don't make it to an OR." The voice stated coldly, eyes narrowed as she took off the injection needle and dropped the needle and syringe in a passing biohazard bin. She kept walking behind the gurney as she began weaving a set of seals.

Hundreds of years upon years, a powerful Kekkai Tōta was passed down within the Nōhime clan. Jinton, Dust Release, the combination of Fūton, Katon, and Doton chakra natures. As dangerous and rare as it is, Reiko is truly blessed with the ability to harness and control this advanced nature as well as she does. Utilizing this affinity is even greater than the control of her other basic natures. Reiko shows an almost equal potential to that of her greatest and living predecessor.

Medical Knowledge

Reiko knows that as powerful as anyone is, even greater power comes from knowledge, and closing that off is a fool's folly. She hit the books at a young age, learning the anatomy of the human body, from fundamental cells to even the psychosocial analysis of mental states. This robust and thorough knowledge makes her not only skilled both in medicine of various fields but also in the application of treatment. Even if her medical jutsu tree isn't as expanse as others, her knowledge would be sure to circumvent that issue.

Atomic Mystic Control

Even easier to learn given that it is a naturally selected trait of being more capable of controlling one's chakra. The Nōhime pride themselves on an unnatural advantage in Chakra control, and of the Nōhime clan, Reiko boat greater pride in her ability given she uses it to access medical ninjutsu. Where her kin are more born as better conduits inertly, Reiko took her control a step further and trained to a point beyond normalcy. Even at her level, Reiko has an astonishingly low excess waste of chakra, and her ability to use the near exact amount of chakra only makes practitioners of greater skill and training see equal footing in Reiko where one expects inferior ability.

[Nōhime Reiko]

The small group tending to the patient kept relatively calm despite their rushing actions. As the group entered a monotone-colored room, they were approached by more medical staff moving in perfect unison with each other to tend to the patient. "Any previous health conditions, any prior diseases that may hinder treatment?" Reiko grabbed a folder before skimming and reading the contents. "Seto Fubuki, age 27, no prior conditions. No previously reported symptoms." Reiko turned to the attending physicians as one of them sighed. "What's wrong, Hanzo?" "Patient displays signs of both graying and clamy skin, either going into shock or he is fa-" "He is fading fast but if you see the color of his oxygenated blood, it is darker tinted, almost as if all the oxygen is coming out of his system." "He can't breath?" "Look at his chest and look at his lips." The staff raced to cut the fabric off the patient. "He's breathing with no strug-" "Correct, but his blood is not oxygenating, poison or blood isn't going to his lungs."

Two of the four attendants stopped moving as Reiko started doing seals. The head operator nodded before turning to the other nurses, "Kimiko, sternal incision. Noriko, blood transfer. Reiko," "Illness extraction, I know." Kimiko simply placed her fingertips at the top collar of the sternum downward. Almost immediately, Noriko injected her arm with a needle before injecting the other end in the man's armpit. Placing her hand near the incision site, Reiko poured chakra into the man's system. As if preparing him before an elongated tube was handed to Reiko. "Clamp him, if the scalpel didn't wake him, this will." The leading operator nodded as he sealed signs and steel cables came from him and wrapped around the patient's limbs.

Reiko closed her eyes as her blue chakra turned red, pushing a crimson liquid up the tube after the last bit of fluid went into him. The young adult tilted her head as from outwards in, the discolored chakra became blue once more. "Noriko, check if he's oxygenating." Reiko stated as she moved the tube away. "Patient is breathing, but, he already lost a lot of blood." Noriko looked up as she shook her head. "I don't think he's gonna make it."
