Himishi Haruka It was beginning to creep on her, like a scar that never really healed, Haruka could feel herself spiraling back down. Every time she feels any inkling of maybe she was back on her feet, the past had a habit of creeping up on her. She got out of bed and looked at Ren still sleeping. It was the crack of dawn in all fairness and from what she can recall, he didn't have missions to do that would necessitate him up early. Which was good, he needed a day of rest. There were times that it seemed like Iwagakure only handed out missions and fewer times where not many requests came in. She wondered just how often had any other Iwagakure shinobi had worker fatigue. The answer was never going to come but it made sense why she'd feel that with her supposedly called Slacker throughout the village. Pushing the passing thought away, Haruka continued getting ready for what she wanted to do. The adolescent had a reason for being up this early. She finally wanted to talk to Jou, maybe she can get closure, maybe they can try to fizzle out the fire that started between them and kept them apart for so long. Maybe, just maybe. To be quite honest, she didn't want to feel hopeless, to feel dull and lifeless. She wanted her life back but she knew she wasn't going to get it back if she didn't make amends. It was both in the forefront and back of her mind, Haruka can't forget about Jou so she can't simply get over it. There was one surefire way she could get over it but... the possible things that'd happen if she locked her memory. It was almost a risk too big to take yet it was one that was on the table. Leaving the Nōhime compound, Haruka made her way back to her own clan's for the first time in months. It was a bit of a hollow return home yet Haruka didn't aim to see her other kin, just Jou. She could make a quieter approach thanks to her ANBU training and she did, she did not want to be seen by her relatives. Making her way to Jou's room, she touched the doorknob and watched it open to an empty room. Wait? What? Did... Did he move? The Kunoichi entered the empty room and blinked, upon opening her eyes, the irises were already that spinning violet design of the Tomekenzangan. She looked around for anything that stood out more prominently than other reasons. But after minutes of searching, nothing of a suitable note came up to her. "The fuck?" Haruka placed her hand on her forehead as she sighed. "Where the he-... Okada!" It was a longshot theory that maybe he moved to where he was known to fanboy and eventually work at, but it was the only lead Haruka had. With the reel being cast, she chased the string to the Okada's compound. Every step she took had intent, intent on finding her cousin. She arrived at their main showing stadium and immediately went into the back. Weaving handseals, the Himishi henge'd into a mirror image of Taki. She walked past the desk that divided the locker rooms and the actual rooms of the Okada performers. She wasn't sure how to mimic Taki's voice nor did she know who the Sage greeted. She was sure she got some curious looks when she didn't respond to anybody calling over the Taki they were seeing make her way to her room. The Himishi made the complicated journey through halls and doors, admittedly, walking in a few circles before finding her way to the right destination. The oddest moment was when she got to the room, the Taki lookalike looked at the door, hoping to every single kami that has ever existed that she followed all the right signs and that the clan didn't like naming their children the same name. She gave four hard knocks on the door. The lookalike just waited around, mentally counting each second the past... beyond five and she was just going to burst into that room and look for any sign herself. Taki Okada SA(s) Utilized:
Tomekenzangan (Tōzasō) | All-Seeing Eye of the Present Haruka achieved both the rare dōjutsu and the even rarer Tōzasō state of the eye. Being a direct evolution of Iwakusō, boons of both can be accessed by the Genin. With crystal clarity, the girl is capable of recalling information and memories down to a surreal level. As if she could live in it, it also grants her capabilities to look through memories and implant her own or even reconstruct the other's memory through the use of clan jutsu. It can also gives her great ability of her own intelligence locked behind the eye. From the Tōzasō aspect, Haruka attains a great level of perception both in tacking and reading any given situation, exponentially increasing strategic or investigating abilities. The strongest boon is the ability to track movement from both powerups granted by the past and present eye. Every minute detail is tracked at great speeds for Haruka. Unnatural Intelligence Even before the Tomekenzangan, the girl has always had an almost metahuman intelligence, able to decipher a large number of details in seconds and map out events with marks like a video into the event. The Genin is even capable of quick, logical thought, all while maintaining a long term-memory of the details. Boosted by the Dōjutsu's passive effects, the girl's ability to recall and process new information increases exponentially. Every cognitive ability is boosted allowing the girl to process and retain much information new or old. Haruka easily surpasses genius levels thanks to both the great boons of her blood and her eyes. Weighted Training: Reflexive Combat: After a routine set by Rentaro and further enforced by Haruka, the girl has developed a weaker but enhanced physical trait in two areas, the first being her reflexes to aid in the reactive abilities her Tomekenzangan cues. The second is more of a nimble body to evade larger actions with a nimble intricacy similar to that of a freshly minted acrobatic shinobi. As time progresses, she will have more of a boost, albeit half of that of a dedicated boon in either area. Enhanced Chakra Control Years of being a shinobi has taught Haruka she has reserves smaller than that of an average shinobi despite numerous tries to force it to grow. In lieu of this, she has opted to learn to mitigate the natural excess waste to an exponentially smaller fraction. As years and shifts further increase as time goes on, Haruka has the control of have chakra equal to her peers in the same point, arguably, to an even greater extent. Jutsu(s) Utilized: NAME: Fukkō [Reconstruction] RANK: D CHAKRA USAGE: Very Low CLASSIFICATION: Kekkai Genkai - Ninjutsu [General] ELEMENT: N/a REQUIREMENTS: Tōzasō [Present Aspect] DESCRIPTION: With their Tomokenzangan active, the user will survey an area to uncover its past. This is normally done to retrace a battle the user wishes to witness. It is tricky to perform however. In order to observe the past of an area, the user needs to locate certain cues in the present in order to have their dōjutsu create a simulation of what has transpired. For example, the mark a kunai has left within a tree trunk, or perhaps a crater created by a technique, or even the residual chakra left over after a fight if the user has access to Tōzasō can all be used as words and pages to read the overall story of an area's past events. Normally this means that this technique is only really useful for looking into the very recent past, where there are plenty of clues left in the present. The more time that has transpired, the less clues that remain. With few clues, the vision that the Tomokenzangan formulates is little better than a wild, fanciful imagining. NAME: Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique] RANK: E CHAKRA USAGE: Very Low [Continuous] CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu [General] ELEMENT: None HANDSEALS: 3 DESCRIPTION: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user transforms their appearance to become that of another person, animal or even an inanimate object. This is considered one of the most advanced academy techniques, as it requires a constant emission of chakra as well as constant mental focus to maintain the transformation. Shinobi are limited to transforming into objects roughly their own size, preventing them from turning into a fly while being able to carry items far greater than their transformed state.
