Konsho stood a few miles from the false Takigakure, in a clearing that had been made for a diplomatic mission between Takigakure and Yukigakure. He had been reading up on the land of snow, hoping to glean information on who he would be sharing this mission with. Unfortunately most reports of the country contained complaints of a barren tundra, cold environment, and a damp feeling in the air. Seemed to a combination of all of Konsho's homes in one, albeit only the negative parts, but Konsho was certain there were more interesting parts that those used to the area could note.

Thankfully after much much more digging, Konsho found actual information. The people of Yukigakure were resilient, they possessed a strange love for both progress and traditionalism, and the social situation there was not too dissimilar from Iwagakure and Takigakure- that being totalitarian military rulers. They also; had a large focus on self reliance- to the point of literally imprisoning those how hired non local shinobi, possessed a weird grudge with a country he didn't even know existed, and had a powerful medical clan in the village. So Konsho was expecting a; prideful, stubborn, powerful, practical minded shinobi whom had some level of experience in hunting. In other words; his preferred type of person. That meant there would be little time wasted on social cues.

Regardless, time to satiate his often denied curiosity would come later. For now he had to focus on the mission he had. He was to meet in this spot with a Muramatsa Jun, whom was to assist him in hunting the local alligators of the forest. He in all honesty thought that was a bit much for a C-rank given C ranks were supposed to have a minor to moderate amount of danger- which alligators did not fall into. There was a reason those creatures underwent very rare adaptations in the wild- they had perfected their art. Snakes would have made more sense, a few vials of anti venom and they were set. One snap of the jaws they were up against however, and they'd be lucky if they could negotiate a limb.

Konsho chuckled darkly at that last thought. Well, this Jun person would be lucky if he negotiated only a limb. Konsho on the other hand... well one handed seals were already tough as is. The man's hand would grip at his shoulder under his cloak. This mission could very well be the death of him. But it was the hand he was dealt, so he had to play it.
