Enyo’s unenthusiastic responses had Asuka frowning for a moment, a little perturbed by the lack of energy. He pushed through it, though, pondering on which jutsu would be best for a moment before settling on one. ”Those are all good to know, and I’m glad you have at least a few techniques under your belt. Today, I will teach you what may well be one of the most important low-ranking jutsu a medic can know. Seimei Ken, or Life Bond. Based on the name, can you guess what it does?” He asked, giving the genin a subtle test on his actual medical knowledge beyond a few basic jutsu. The jutsu was mainly used for chakra transfusions, but he wanted to see if Enyo actually knew that, given it’s similar nature to a jutsu he already knew. If the genin got it right, Asuka would praise his knowledge, but if he couldn’t or wouldn’t answer, the jounin would launch into a brief but thorough explanation. ”Seimei Ken is, at its core, mainly used as a means to conduct chakra transfusions. This is very important to know, as it is the main treatment used for patients with chakra exhaustion. Learn this jutsu well, and you may well save your teammate’s lives with it one day. May I demonstrate?” he queried, noting how Enyo had taken a step back. This, too, made Asuka frown. He hardly cut an intimidating figure, so why had Enyo stepped back? He didn’t exactly have the time to analyze that at the moment, though. He needed to be focused on teaching this jutsu. Seimei Ken was incredibly useful, but it was all too easy to put too much chakra into the jutsu and give oneself chakra exhaustion instead. If he weren’t paying close attention to Enyo as he learned this technique, the young man could pay a price for it. No, he would teach this jutsu correctly. If he did well enough, he may even take charge of teaching the genin medical ninjutsu in the future. He wanted to do well with this. Kuronmeru Enyo
