"Such a lovely day for a stroll.” Seika said, her voice echoing through the smoky, oppressive air as she lounged back in her chaise, enjoying the shade while the latest batch of village servants struggled to carry the palanquin she’d had them make for her. Shouzen had proven itself to be of more worth than Chiisana, if only because they seemed to understand who and what she truly was, and so instead of burning their pathetic village to ash she had sent to residents to work constructing her a house and all the accouterments she had gone so long without. It was slow work, but the people were eager to please her, and she, in turn, was eager to see how far they got before she had to immolate their pathetic hamlet for incompetence.

So far, it was looking as if it would be sooner rather than later.

"Move faster you slobs.” She barked, her lips pinching in a tight frown at their slow, plodding pace, as if they could barely bear the weight of carrying her about, let alone walk with it. Which of course wasn’t true- she’d chosen only the strongest men for this job, all of them strapping specimens for peasants. One of them was even moderately handsome, though only in a "I might if I were drunk” sort of way. The men beneath her shuddered, shuffling their feet faster as she settled back on her chaise, luxuriating in the scorching sun.

Yes, Shouzen was definitely slated for destruction eventually. Just not now.

Of course, there was a reason for her pushing the slaves as she was; today was meant to be merchant day, the one day out of the season where the traveling merchant caravans stopped in to ply their wares, update the locals on wild rumors, and in general be their pathetic, money-grubbing selves. Under normal circumstances, she would have avoided such a gathering, if only to keep herself from catching the stench, but with things going so well with her slave she’d gotten adventurous. After all, the merchant might have something worth killing over, like a good rug or a nice tea set. Perhaps even some matcha, though that was pushing it. This close to Minato it was more likely to be rum and stale meat for the pirates, or cheap jewelry from them, but you never knew.

And the information, of course. That alone might be worth waiting to immolate the disgusting serfs in Shouzen all on its own, if it was any good. Still, she’d have to wait and see. Be waiting forever if these children don’t hurry up.

The Other White Flame [Nakajima Hijutsu SA]
Seika, either through a twist of fate or simply good genetics, has inherited the coveted power of the White Flame, the highest ranked color of Flame within the Nakajima clan, and it shows. Fire is not merely a part of her- she is fire, a living embodiment of all it means to be flame, and as such her ability with her clan’s Hijutsu is second to none; she can switch between her flame body and real one with near instantaneous ease (though this does not low the chakra cost), and can stay in it for quite awhile. While in her flame body, she is completely impervious to all forms of physical damage, though Chakra enhanced attacks (particularly Fuuton based) can still injure her. In this state, she is able to heal herself using any natural fire nearby, absorbing it into her flame body.

Yuki’s Fire-Flower [Enhanced Katon Ninjutsu SA - Power]
From nearly the moment she could walk, Seika has had an affinity with Katon that far surpasses the norm, even for a Nakajima. Her Katon Ninjutsu, and in particular her Nakajima Hijutsu, burn hotter than even the most powerful of her clan, granting her Katon-based Ninjutsu a significant boost in raw power over others of her rank, so much so that she is nearly on another level of power. Additionally, Seika can switch between the four different flames of her Clan’s Hijutsu almost at will, but rarely does so, preferring to use her White Flames almost exclusively. Katon Ninjutsu (including Nakajima Hijutsu) used by Seika are roughly 25% more powerful than normal, and cost 10% more to use.

The Burning Death [Enhanced Nakajima Hijutsu SA]
As one of only two people in all the world to possess the White Flame of the Nakajima, Seika’s flames are… unique, to say the least. Though others of her clan do not believe it, the truth of the matter is that Seika’s flames are not merely hot, they are beyond anything her clan has ever seen, capable of burning even setting other chakra-based creations aflame, up to and including other Katon Ninjutsu, eventually subsuming them into itself. This does not allow Seika to absorb any form of chakra, nor does it allow her to work around using only normal fire to heal her body when in her Flame Body form- rather, it allows her to burn Ninjutsu as if it were a physical thing, eating away at it until it becomes nothing but ash. This takes two rotations per rank of the Jutsu, and requires that said jutsu be continuously engulfed in her flames.

Burning Speed [Enhanced Speed SA]
Because of her familiarity with life and death situations, Seika has made it a point to train herself in the art of moving quickly, and is quite a bit faster than many would expect of such a non-physical Shinobi, outspeeding others of her rank by a fair bit without even trying.

Flickering Flame [Reaction Time SA]
Seika has spent the vast majority of her life fighting -first as a Shinobi of Yukigakure, then as a Nuke-nin from said village- and as such has been forced into situations where her ability to react to an opponent’s move is the difference between life and death, now more so than ever. Because of this, Seika has developed an incredible reaction time, far faster than that of others of her rank, and is capable of thinking through problems at a much faster rate, allowing her to deal with multiple opponents on the fly without breaking a sweat.

Sea of Chakra Flames [Enhanced Chakra Reserves SA]
Seika’s Chakra reserves are vast for a woman of her rank, far beyond those of a normal Kunoichi, and as such she is able to use high-level techniques for far longer, and at a much quicker rate, than most anyone of her rank could.

Seika's Dress
A sleek red silk dress made for Seika before she deserted from Yukigakure, the dress itself is stunning, sporting long-sleeves that hang loosely from her shoulders. Made of Waruichi silk, the dress has been enhanced by the Nakajima clan’s tailors and even has seals put in place by Seika herself, making it a very useful tool for carrying goods even when she doesn’t wear her cloak.

The dress itself has a short hem that stops just above the middle of her thighs, with a long train of narrow cloth on the left side that leaves most of her legs exposed. The dress is tight around her bust and hangs off her shoulders, showing off much of her cleavage. The edges are decorated by golden filigree work, particularly around the bodice, it is hemmed by black lacework, and sports a hidden pouch inside the bodice.

SA's
Owari Nenshou [Katon Reactive]
Seika’s dress, having been made by the Nakajima, is fully Katon-reactive and allows her to funnel Katon Ninjutsu through it without burning it to ashes. More specifically, Seika has practiced with it to such a degree that she can utilize Haini: Hidama (Cremation: Falling Star) without being in her Flame body.

Lightning Flash Blade Creation Seal [Chakra Reactive]
After her desertion for Yukigakure, Seika altered her dress in order to better utilize it in combat, inking in permanent seals along the inside of the left and right sleeves. These seals can hold a surprising amount, and are easily accessible for most any situation.

Seika's Cloak
A hooded cloak of black silk that reaches down to the feet, obscuring the user's form. The cloak itself seems fairly ordinary, but actually has two pockets sewn into the inside, both of which hold permanent versions of the Lightning Flash Blade Creation Seal, allowing her to carry much more than normal.

Cloak of Invisibility (Chakra Reactive)
Made of a special chakra reactive silk, Seika’s cloak offers a unique ability that few Shinobi see coming; by channeling her raw, unfiltered Chakra through the cloak, Seika is able to utilize the Meisaigakure no Jutsu [Hiding with Camouflage Technique] through the cloth, as well as allowing her maintain it with greater ease during movement. This ensures that Seika will always be able to vanish should the need arise.

Limitless Pockets
Seika’s Cloak, much like her dress, has been altered during her time as a Missing-nin to include the Generic Storage Seal inside its pockets, allowing her to carry a great deal more in the way of ninja tools without having to ruin her look with bulky pouches or garish belts.

A pair of black, seemingly normal heels. These shoes, however, are actually made of a special material created by the Nakajima that allows the user to make them a part of the Flame-body without destroying them. They add 3” to Seika’s height.

Seika’s heels are made of special material developed by the Nakajima clan for use in clan uniforms; as such, they are capable of being transformed into part of her flame body as if they were an actual, physical part of her, and can be used to form Nakajima clan techniques. More specifically, these heels allow Seika to perform the Baku Sanpo [Explosive Step] technique through them without being in her flame body.

Taro lived a strange life due to his black flames, he was given privileges some hadn't, but still was relegated to the labor of a red flame. He didn't mind the hard labor, it was a bit more enjoyable at times than the education of the green or discipline of blue. Those he usually saw the least eye to eye, but there was always the white flame. The yang to his yin, but not actually the focal of this chuunin. Royalty wasn't what the boy craved, it to him was an illusion of power. Despite what he'd known of the white flames capability. The explanation of the pure heat difference.

Fuck all of that though, he just wanted to sock suckers in the face and see what they could dish back. The thrill of a fight, the lessons of every fist thrown and kick delivered. The Nakajima could barely contain himself and on a peaceful journey almost fight a street performer he mistook for shinobi. It was hard for him though, he had this long trip to deliver a letter for his uncle. It wasn't a mission, there wasn't some grand journey or great find. A peaceful trip through nowhere shinobi centric to hand over a piece of paper that says. 'How're you', but in more words.

It all seemed so lame, at least his trip had been clear skies and bright days. He'd reached his destinations without so much as a simple disturbance, but on his way in he couldn't help noticing abandoned fields. It certainly wasn't the time to ignore the crops, there was even equipment just haphazardly out? Suspicion struck and moving to what noise he could her in the village, Taro made sure to lower his body and more or less stick to the shadows. Something was wrong and what it was hadn't been anything he expected.

It was impossible to miss Seika, as she sat raised above the villagers in her own make shift throne. She was ordering them around to make something he couldn't even fathom the purpose. Taro was shocked he couldn't believe his own eyes, surely that couldn't be Seika. It'd been years since he'd last seen her, but from what he'd heard. She'd killed multiple Yukigakure shinobi and she would essentially be leagues above him. A thought which minutely enraged him, as he'd consider the situation. This wasn't his land, he hadn't seen a shinobi outpost and he didn't know of anyone around to assist him.

He was scared in the moment, despite hidden and able to probably turn tail and run. However that fear simply further infuriated him, as he'd look to those people carrying this murderer. They didn't have anyone to assist them either. "HEY!" Brashly stepping forward and announcing his presence, as he'd move into clear view of the missing nin. It was rather obvious Taro wasn't the sharpest knife, he sort of knew a strategy, a plan and the element of surprise would aid in a battle. However he also knew to an extent this was actually hopeless and every second he considered his choices. He knew that stepping in wasn't the right one, but it was the only one he felt right in.

He acted and almost immediately regretted it, as he didn't even have something cool to say. "Seika, I'm here to take you down!" Taro exclaimed with as much ferocity as he could deliver. An animal who'd purposely cornered itself for an adrenaline rush.

Yikes He Fire! #1
Taro as a member of the Nakajima clan, has been trained in the hijutsu known as cremation. This ability allows him to turn his body either fully or partially into fire and evade blows or propel his own. In the clan a color flame is usually gifted to each member by their cremations color, Taro however is a special case as his initial flame was seen as black. However after his chakra burn was sealed away, he's typically seen with red and orange flames in cremation. It isn't the color given to him exactly though, as it's known this is likely due to the seal. However inherent skills aside, Taro is incredibly skilled in using the cremation technique and utilizes it primarily with his taijutsu.

Swift As Hell #2
Using weighted scrolls to carry a bunch of typically useless equipment, Taro has managed to greatly improve his physical prowess. As one the weights are removed he's able to move much faster than the average shinobi and often uses this advantage to overwhelm those he's lured into a false sense of security. Though a large part of his effective tactic was ruined by showcasing it during the chuunin exams. It still however is a very important trait for a physical fighter to have, as many have resorted to such intense training these days.

Fire Powah; That Packs a Punch! #3
Mastering only one element it's quite common to become increasingly good in that element. Often shinobi boost the size or characteristic of that element, Taro on the other hand had a far more clear focus. He enjoyed fighting close up, so to better imbue his cremation to his form of combat, Taro has improved the force behind all his Nakajima techniques. Allowing him easily twice the packed power in each fire enhanced punch, kick or step.

Seika heard the cry of challenge before she saw the one who issued it. Her head had been turned towards one side of the palanquin to admire the broad shoulder of one of the slaves, the sight of his frame straining against her needlessly heavy load bringing a smile to her face, so when the young man screamed out his desire to "take her down” she was surprised but not taken aback. The Nakajima turned her head to face the intruder, amber-gold gaze flat as she gave him a once over; shorter than her, with lean muscle hidden by a garish outfit emblazoned with Yukigakure iconography, weighted scrolls, pitch-black hair not unlike her own and… something else. A sense of familiarity that niggled at the back of her brain. A cousin, perhaps?

"That’s ‘White Flame’ to you, runt.” She said, lips spreading in a vicious smile as she gestured once with her left hand, the men carrying her palanquin stopping instantly to lower her to the ground. The four of them all but collapsed, each going to one knee in spite of her explicit instructions for them to remain standing whenever she departed from her perch, but she would forgive them this once. She had a much more interesting toy to play with right now. "I must say, I’m surprised at the level of weakness Emiri is willing to show. I always knew she was a coward, but sending a child to do her dirty work is a low even I thought her incapable of.”

Seika chuckled, her head tilting to one side as she shifted one hand into her flame-body and raised it up, white fire flickering in the oppressive morning sun. She spoke , quietly, more to herself than anyone else, but still loud enough for the boy to hear, if he wanted. "One would think someone with the White Flame would come to deal with her only rival herself, but no. She hides, as always, behind lies and the lives of those who believe them.”

"Tell me, boy.” She began, lips curling in a cold smile as she held her flaming hand aloft, palm facing the boy. "Do you really think you have what it takes to bring me down? Or are you just like the others- more fuel for the pyre of my wrath?”

He couldn't say he'd known his relative or their affairs all that familiarly. There wasn't a clear expectation on her words, but he was a bit pleased by their arrogance. It wasn't like he felt that gave him a better chance, as though she'd underestimate him due to it and lose. No. It just meant he'd be able to go all out without remorse. At least if he had to go out, he'd feel right about it.

Runt. Child. Boy. It'd been a long time, but the fact she thought so little of him. He wasn't the greatest shinobi, but he wasn't a child anymore. Taro had a flame that most couldn't easily tame. He was reckless surely, but enduring battle after battle is what built him up. There wouldn't be a better him, if he didn't raise his fists towards those who'd oppress him. "Alright, OLD White Flame~! You're hot stuff, but you seem to have forgotten the Nakajima order. White says pretty things, Green pedals those words, Blue fights for those words and red gets the actual words done."

Taro would grow a massive grin, as he'd hold the letter up meant to deliver to someone entirely different in the village. "Emiri wrote some pretty sweet looking words, but she's sick of fighting you. So I'm here to get the words done..." He'd state, as he'd unhinge one half of his racked scrolls. His leg rising, as his foot would cremate demonstrating the red and orange flame of the lowest Nakajima hierarchy color. Though the idea of them being a shinobi was far less likely than those of a blue flame or higher. It could be odd enough for Seika to remember of the black flamed Nakajima.

"... I don't see anyone else stronger to get it done." He'd state in an odd tone, it was all a bit of last second. Perhaps even desperate retaliation against the situation. Hopefully speaking those words, as he'd done might make her think twice about if he was truly alone. That or if he had some type of other ace up his sleeve, he'd toss the letter he lied about being from Emiri into the distance. His foot bursting with flames as, he'd kick off the ground into a spin. Using the rotation of the spin and his half unhooked scrolls to release them from their back straps tossing them wildly upwards.

Releasing the weight from his back, he'd launch his body in a corkscrew type fashion. Hands performing the seal to expedite his trip, as he'd try to full velocity throw a bunch for Seika's face. He knew there were only two 'good outcomes', her natural Nakajima reflexes are a bit overwhelmed and she triggers cremation to avoid the hit. Or she takes the hit and simply recovers from it later. As a Nakajima, he knew better than most, he hadn't a thing in his arsenal to beat her. If she somehow blindly wasted all her chakra, he'd win. Maybe if she didn't cremate for the right punch, she'd go unconscious? He didn't even believe it a possibility and here he was attempting a punch. Those his scrolls had more use than training weights. Maybe he could drag this out.

Using weighted scrolls to carry a bunch of typically useless equipment, Taro has managed to greatly improve his physical prowess. As one the weights are removed he's able to move much faster than the average shinobi and often uses this advantage to overwhelm those he's lured into a false sense of security. Though a large part of his effective tactic was ruined by showcasing it during the chuunin exams. It still however is a very important trait for a physical fighter to have, as many have resorted to such intense training these days.

Mastering only one element it's quite common to become increasingly good in that element. Often shinobi boost the size or characteristic of that element, Taro on the other hand had a far more clear focus. He enjoyed fighting close up, so to better imbue his cremation to his form of combat, Taro has improved the force behind all his Nakajima techniques. Allowing him easily twice the packed power in each fire enhanced punch, kick or step.

Seika had to give the boy credit; he knew he was outmatched, but played the part of a braggadocious ruffian well, smiling at the prospect of a truly good, challenging fight, even if it meant his certain demise. He was what the Nakajima needed more of; less shadowy manipulations, less pompous grandstanding that amounted to nothing, but actual warriors, men and women who went out and got things done. It was almost enough to make her like him. Or, at least it would have been, had he not made one, crucial mistake.

"So she did send you here." She said, her face shifting to a look of cold, burning hate as the boy prepared an attack, unhinging some of the scrolls on his back and cremating his legs before surging into the air at breakneck speeds. It was a combination she knew well, if not one she used herself- a quick leap into the air to generate momentum, then Combustion Bursting Step to enhance that moment in order to deliver a powerful blow that held all the weight of their body plus the momentum of their fall and the propulsion of their jutsu. A potent combination, even for a child, and one that hinted at his specialization- a sure sign he wasn’t very experienced at all, given how important deception was in high level fights.

Seika moved without hesitation, pivoting to her left and side-stepping at the same time as the boy’s punch fell, her head twisting out of the way as she level her outstretched hand with the boy’s chest- and sent a surge of chakra through her dress, slamming an orb of white flames directly at his exposed upper body with a shout. "Haini: Hidama!"

If the point-blank attack hit, the boy would almost assuredly be out of the fight- her flames were hotter and more powerful than any measly Red could match, and with their added ability to chew through chakra constructs even cremating into his own flame body wouldn’t keep him safe. His only hope, as it were, would be to miraculously dodge- or for her to spare him, unlikely as that was.

Fire is not merely a part of her- she is fire, a living embodiment of all it means to be flame, and as such her ability with her clan’s Hijutsu is second to none; she can switch between her flame body and real one with near instantaneous ease (though this does not low the chakra cost), and can stay in it for quite awhile. While in her flame body, she is completely impervious to all forms of physical damage, though Chakra enhanced attacks (particularly Fuuton based) can still injure her. In this state, she is able to heal herself using any natural fire nearby, absorbing it into her flame body.

From nearly the moment she could walk, Seika has had an affinity with Katon that far surpasses the norm, even for a Nakajima. Her Katon Ninjutsu, and in particular her Nakajima Hijutsu, burn hotter than even the most powerful of her clan, granting her Katon-based Ninjutsu a significant boost in raw power over others of her rank, so much so that she is nearly on another level of power. Additionally, Seika can switch between the four different flames of her Clan’s Hijutsu almost at will, but rarely does so, preferring to use her White Flames almost exclusively. Katon Ninjutsu (including Nakajima Hijutsu) used by Seika are roughly 25% more powerful than normal, and cost 10% more to use.

The Burning Death [Enhanced Nakajima Hijutsu SA]
As one of only two people in all the world to possess the White Flame of the Nakajima, Seika’s flames are… unique, to say the least. Though others of her clan do not believe it, the truth of the matter is that Seika’s flames are not merely hot, they are beyond anything her clan has ever seen, capable of burning even setting other chakra-based creations aflame, up to and including other Katon Ninjutsu, eventually subsuming them into itself. This does not allow Seika to absorb any form of chakra, nor does it allow her to work around using only normal fire to heal her body when in her Flame Body form- rather, it allows her to burn Ninjutsu as if it were a physical thing, eating away at it until it becomes nothing but ash. This takes two rotations per rank of the Jutsu, and requires that said jutsu be continuously engulfed in her flames.

A sleek red silk dress made for Seika before she deserted from Yukigakure, the dress itself is stunning, sporting long-sleeves that hang loosely from her shoulders. Made of Waruichi silk, the dress has been enhanced by the Nakajima clan’s tailors and even has seals put in place by Seika herself, making it a very useful tool for carrying goods even when she doesn’t wear her cloak.

The dress itself has a short hem that stops just above the middle of her thighs, with a long train of narrow cloth on the left side that leaves most of her legs exposed. The dress is tight around her bust and hangs off her shoulders, showing off much of her cleavage. The edges are decorated by golden filigree work, particularly around the bodice, it is hemmed by black lacework, and sports a hidden pouch inside the bodice.

Seika’s dress, having been made by the Nakajima, is fully Katon-reactive and allows her to funnel Katon Ninjutsu through it without burning it to ashes. Lightning Flash Blade Creation Seal [Chakra Reactive]
After her desertion for Yukigakure, Seika altered her dress in order to better utilize it in combat, inking in permanent seals along the inside of the left and right sleeves. These seals can hold a surprising amount, and are easily accessible for most any situation.

A hooded cloak of black silk that reaches down to the feet, obscuring the user's form. The cloak itself seems fairly ordinary, but actually has two pockets sewn into the inside, both of which hold permanent versions of the Lightning Flash Blade Creation Seal, allowing her to carry much more than normal.

Taro didn't know what to expect, he probably should of known approaching was a physical confrontation. Thus he was most likely someone reliant in physical combat more than other means. He also knew though how little realistically a physical fight turned out, but she didn't seem to care about it. Instead she'd ignore his thrown scrolls entirely, as to keep a focus on him and dodge his attempt at a surprise attack. Perhaps if he hadn't called out his presence, he'd of had a better surprise.

Where was the pride in such a cowardly tactic, but as she'd dodge there'd be an immediate attempt at his chest. He knew the risk of those above his rank, he'd seen the skill difference keep him on edge. More so overwhelm him, but his father was a more skilled practitioner of close quarters combat, so he wasn't completely blindsided. Heck he couldn't imagine anyone being too surprised, as she'd not strike with physical force. Instead she'd awaken more of that white flame, he could even feel it through his fire.

A burning like he'd never felt before, but he still wasn't lost, he'd twist his thrown weight into a front flip. As to almost toss himself over the direct connection, but it wasn't over, as her attack grew and attempted to eat his very being. He'd reform his handseal, as to boost himself again. Rocketing himself into downward roll, as to get to the otherside of Seika from her fireball. In attempt to stay actively 'fighting', he'd use his grounded roll, to off spin sideways. A spinning low kick to make knock her off her feet.

Taro as a member of the Nakajima clan, has been trained in the hijutsu known as cremation. This ability allows him to turn his body either fully or partially into fire and evade blows or propel his own. In the clan a color flame is usually gifted to each member by their cremations color, Taro however is a special case as his initial flame was seen as black. However after his chakra burn was sealed away, he's typically seen with red and orange flames in cremation. It isn't the color given to him exactly though, as it's known this is likely due to the seal. However inherent skills aside, Taro is incredibly skilled in using the cremation technique and utilizes it primarily with his taijutsu.

Seika’s eyes widened slightly as the boy took the hit of her Hidama and rolled with it, bursting out of the way at the last moment. Tendrils of her white flame stuck his coat, not enough for her to command but enough for her to know he was hurting, and without thinking the elder Nakajima funneled chakra into her heels, cremating them in a burst of hyper-concentrated fire that sent her rocketing upwards, avoiding the boy’s leg sweep and hurtling a good fifteen meters into the air.

Not bad. She thought, lips curling in a smile as she reached the apex of her leap, chakra pulsing through her left leg as she brought it up, cremating her foot in a burst of white flame that sent her shooting down towards the boy, whirling in a rapid spin to add both momentum and force to the kick before she released her cremation a second before impact, aiming for Taro’s left shoulder. Given both the height she had fallen from and the speed of her spin, the kick ought to break the boy’s shoulder- if, of course, he didn’t move out of the way first.

The flames that exploded from her foot on impact, however? Those would be harder to avoid. And much more dangerous. Even now she could see the wisps of her white flame that clung to his frame eating away at his clothes, slowly growing in strength, devouring anything it touched to fuel its own existence. He would have to find a way to deal with that, before they grew too powerful, or else the boy would end up as every other Yuki-nin who had come for her: a smoldering corpse.

Failing to sweep Seika's legs wasn't as disappointing as it looked. Her means of dodging seemed more costly than a simple cremation or accepting the damage of falling. It wasn't however some triumphant change of action though.

Clearly the woman launched herself up with more reason than to dodge. Braced in a crouched position, he'd look up as she rose. His hand reaching into his tool pouch to retrieve two explosion notes.

He'd recognize the technique about to come down on him. It was one of his favorite moves to use. He'd wised up to her flames a little. Only enough to understand how much he needed to avoid them.

He'd pounce away from his position with all fours. His hand pushing an explosion note into the dirt as he did. He would use this note to tell him without looking when she hit ground. It'd be detonated by her flakes once she hit the ground with her earth shattering attack.

Using the sound of the explosion, He'd turn himself around and detonate the second explosion note still in hand. As to use it's force to push him back and her fire away fron him.

His own cremation saving him from the majority of the blasts damage. While launching him to the closest scroll He'd thrown earlier. He hadn't a clue which one it was though already.

If there was any doubt in Seika’s mind as to how this fight was going to play out, the boy erased it when he leapt out of the way; she could see the fear buried in his eyes, the panic as he realized just what her white flames could do, the sheer terror of not being safe, even when he-

Instinct, more than anything else, made the Nakajima react the instant before the explosive tags went off, cremating her entire body to absorb both the burning fire and the concussive force that erupted when her falling kick set the bomb off. It wasn’t enough to harm her, it was barely an inconvenience truth be told, but the half second it took for her white flames to gather back into a solid form was enough for the boy to make a mad dash for his discarded scroll, as if it would help.

"Pathetic.” Seika muttered, blasting chakra through her heels as she surged towards the boy in a burst of speed. Her left fist reared back, cremating into white fire as she closed the distance between her and Taro, only to slam it across the side of his head, the white flames reforming into a proper fist the moment before impact, enhancing the blow’s power and spreading more of her flames across his body, never mind what it would do to him physically.

"To think our once great clan has fallen so low as to send a boy to fight a god.” She said, once her punch was complete, chakra surging through her dress as she opened her palm towards the boy’s face, ready to incinerate him… and held off. There was no way for him to escape, no path he could take, no chance of dodging without harming himself- and she would notice if he tried that. "I wonder. Will you kneel, boy? Or will you choose to burn, as all the others did?”

While in her flame body, she is completely impervious to all forms of physical damage, though Chakra enhanced attacks (particularly Fuuton based) can still injure her. In this state, she is able to heal herself using any natural fire nearby, absorbing it into her flame body.

Yuki’s Fire-Flower [Enhanced Katon Ninjutsu SA - Power]
From nearly the moment she could walk, Seika has had an affinity with Katon that far surpasses the norm, even for a Nakajima. Her Katon Ninjutsu, and in particular her Nakajima Hijutsu, burn hotter than even the most powerful of her clan, granting her Katon-based Ninjutsu a significant boost in raw power over others of her rank, so much so that she is nearly on another level of power. Additionally, Seika can switch between the four different flames of her Clan’s Hijutsu almost at will, but rarely does so, preferring to use her White Flames almost exclusively. Katon Ninjutsu (including Nakajima Hijutsu) used by Seika are roughly 25% more powerful than normal, and cost 10% more to use.

The Burning Death [Enhanced Nakajima Hijutsu SA]
As one of only two people in all the world to possess the White Flame of the Nakajima, Seika’s flames are… unique, to say the least. Though others of her clan do not believe it, the truth of the matter is that Seika’s flames are not merely hot, they are beyond anything her clan has ever seen, capable of burning even setting other chakra-based creations aflame, up to and including other Katon Ninjutsu, eventually subsuming them into itself. This does not allow Seika to absorb any form of chakra, nor does it allow her to work around using only normal fire to heal her body when in her Flame Body form- rather, it allows her to burn Ninjutsu as if it were a physical thing, eating away at it until it becomes nothing but ash. This takes two rotations per rank of the Jutsu, and requires that said jutsu be continuously engulfed in her flames.

Burning Speed [Enhanced Speed SA]
Because of her familiarity with life and death situations, Seika has made it a point to train herself in the art of moving quickly, and is quite a bit faster than many would expect of such a non-physical Shinobi, outspeeding others of her rank by a fair bit without even trying.

Flickering Flame [Reaction Time SA]
Seika has spent the vast majority of her life fighting -first as a Shinobi of Yukigakure, then as a Nuke-nin from said village- and as such has been forced into situations where her ability to react to an opponent’s move is the difference between life and death, now more so than ever. Because of this, Seika has developed an incredible reaction time, far faster than that of others of her rank, and is capable of thinking through problems at a much faster rate, allowing her to deal with multiple opponents on the fly without breaking a sweat.

Sea of Chakra Flames [Enhanced Chakra Reserves SA]
Seika’s Chakra reserves are vast for a woman of her rank, far beyond those of a normal Kunoichi, and as such she is able to use high-level techniques for far longer, and at a much quicker rate, than most anyone of her rank could.

Seika's Dress
A sleek red silk dress made for Seika before she deserted from Yukigakure, the dress itself is stunning, sporting long-sleeves that hang loosely from her shoulders. Made of Waruichi silk, the dress has been enhanced by the Nakajima clan’s tailors and even has seals put in place by Seika herself, making it a very useful tool for carrying goods even when she doesn’t wear her cloak.

The dress itself has a short hem that stops just above the middle of her thighs, with a long train of narrow cloth on the left side that leaves most of her legs exposed. The dress is tight around her bust and hangs off her shoulders, showing off much of her cleavage. The edges are decorated by golden filigree work, particularly around the bodice, it is hemmed by black lacework, and sports a hidden pouch inside the bodice.

SA's
Owari Nenshou [Katon Reactive]
Seika’s dress, having been made by the Nakajima, is fully Katon-reactive and allows her to funnel Katon Ninjutsu through it without burning it to ashes. More specifically, Seika has practiced with it to such a degree that she can utilize Haini: Hidama (Cremation: Falling Star) without being in her Flame body.

Lightning Flash Blade Creation Seal [Chakra Reactive]
After her desertion for Yukigakure, Seika altered her dress in order to better utilize it in combat, inking in permanent seals along the inside of the left and right sleeves. These seals can hold a surprising amount, and are easily accessible for most any situation.

Seika's Cloak
A hooded cloak of black silk that reaches down to the feet, obscuring the user's form. The cloak itself seems fairly ordinary, but actually has two pockets sewn into the inside, both of which hold permanent versions of the Lightning Flash Blade Creation Seal, allowing her to carry much more than normal.

SA's
Cloak of Invisibility (Chakra Reactive)
Made of a special chakra reactive silk, Seika’s cloak offers a unique ability that few Shinobi see coming; by channeling her raw, unfiltered Chakra through the cloak, Seika is able to utilize the Meisaigakure no Jutsu [Hiding with Camouflage Technique] through the cloth, as well as allowing her maintain it with greater ease during movement. This ensures that Seika will always be able to vanish should the need arise.

Limitless Pockets
Seika’s Cloak, much like her dress, has been altered during her time as a Missing-nin to include the Generic Storage Seal inside its pockets, allowing her to carry a great deal more in the way of ninja tools without having to ruin her look with bulky pouches or garish belts.

Seika's Heels
A pair of black, seemingly normal heels. These shoes, however, are actually made of a special material created by the Nakajima that allows the user to make them a part of the Flame-body without destroying them. They add 3” to Seika’s height.

SA's
Haini Reactive
Seika’s heels are made of special material developed by the Nakajima clan for use in clan uniforms; as such, they are capable of being transformed into part of her flame body as if they were an actual, physical part of her, and can be used to form Nakajima clan techniques. More specifically, these heels allow Seika to perform the Baku Sanpo [Explosive Step] technique through them without being in her flame body.

[Nakajima Taro]

Peeling a bit open his scroll, he'd realize the scroll he got. It was the one he used to store his headband and extra ink and brushes to reseal his equipment. It couldn't of been a more upsetting discovery. That meant he'd need to find and go to another scroll or find another way to extend this fight. Strategizing and switching things up weren't really Taro's style though, perhaps that's why he failed to dodge Seika's following assault.

He was too pre-occupied in his hope for a desperate grab in the scroll, but she was also quite fast and it was hard at the rank difference to match such skill. He'd been hit a lot and even the blue flame was hotter than red, so he knew about burns, it was worst for sure. Though as he'd feel the punch and scattered flames, he'd at least be able to relate it to the earlier attack. Pushed back with the blow and grimacing from the pain, Taro wouldn't be fallen by the punch.

He'd look up at the raised hand and gathering white flame, his collar and the shoulder of his shirt burning away with the white flame. A burn forming across him, as he bore the heats pain and remained there hearing her out. The time spent talking was time people could run, perhaps he could have thoughts. His 'once' great clan, sent him to a fight a god and they expected him to kneel or burn. "Father always said I should be the one to burn, that I'm a devil and curse upon the clan." Taro stated quickly reaching to his heart, as the shirt peeled away on him so would the final cover.

A tag appearing right as he did, his fingers grasping to peel it off. Even if Seika attempted to burn him now, it'd only serve to ignite and destroy the paper seal no longer bound to his flesh. All flames on him would turn black, a sudden and clear shift as a mass of chakra emerged from Taro. If she'd known of him, then she'd likely know exactly who he was now. Almost like a dark orb with horns, the chakra turned black flame would open a skull like maw around Taro. Immediately extending out as though opening to eat Seika. The black flame swirled almost like a smoke, pulling in and starving even her white flame. A chilling and uncanny feeling of death mixed with it.

"If you're a GOD! I AM THE DEVIL WHOSE TAKING YOU DOWN!" He'd roar at the jounin with all his defiance. He'd mastered nothing about this aura or the now black flames he naturally created. They weren't sealed away because he liked to hide the power, he was draining chakra like it was no tomorrow. No way he'd be able to rely on killing time, he'd have to try to kill her, because success or failure. He wouldn't be conscious long and he didn't even know if she had back up. This fight barely had gone and he'd hardly spied in on her.

[Seika Nakajima]

When the boy recovered from her punch enough to speak, she wasn’t surprised by his reaction. Emiri had dug her lies deep into the Nakajima’s heart, poisoning the clan with her weak, feckless ideology. None of the men or women she had fought before had understood the simplicity of true strength, none had been willing to simply bow when faced with their true savior, preferring the glimmer of that whore’s false-flames to her true, glorious light. Why should she have expected this child to be any different?

"Then burn like the rest.” Seika said, sighing as she pulsed her chakra… and paused, her amber-gold gaze widening as Taro’s black flames smothered her own, consuming the very air they needed to burn to power their ashen, dying light. Leaping back as the boy roared, the raven-haired woman blinked, her mind racing as she watched the black fire burn… and remembered.

"Shikyo no Honō.” She breathed, lowering her hand and letting her chakra settle. The Flames of Death. An ability even rarer than the White Flame, so unique that the Council had been forced to seal it away after the boy’s birth so as to keep the rest of the clan safe. Uncontrollable and reeking of death, Taro’s flames burned less like fire and more like ash, sucking the air from everything nearby to power their carbonizing heat… and draining far, far more chakra than the boy could keep up with.

"So the Council finally allowed you off your leash, huh?” Seika said, chuckling as she stood there, ready for the boy to attack but not initiating just yet. Perhaps… perhaps there was a way to make this one see. She knew things, after all. "Did they tell what your flames can do, boy, or has Emiri elected to keep that from you as she tried to keep it from me?”

Tried… and failed, for once.
