Sorry, but a familiar cannot be anything in the mythical category, which I believe a ghost/spirit falls into under current NFB regulations. Familiars are just regular animals with enhanced senses, as evidenced by their special abilities. If you want the dog to be green, that's fine; you could say you dyed it, for example, but not a ghost/spirit. As a result, if you really want to make an Inuzuka, please adjust this to be just a regular dog, but if not;

And you really want to have this kind of theme, the options that would be available are:
1. Make an Araikettei with brass knuckle weapons and just use the spirit dog as an aesthetic theme the way a lot of Araikettei do
2. Make a religion that does this
3. Make a Scattered Hijutsu clan that utilizes secret techniques to transform their chakra into literal animals, there is one scattered Hijutsu clan slot left open
4. Make personal SA's that were boons with the thematic explanation of their ghost dog and the actual dead dog isn't there. This is just her coping method with chakra and trauma.
