Konsho stood in a clearing he had been unable to enter for quite a while- a familiar waterfall rushing behind him. It was a remote and controlled area- well as controlled as one could get in the jungle. But more importantly, the place of training was simultaneously close to the Gorillas of Iwagakure, and yet Konsho would have no need to worry about casualties. The crimson eyed child had returned to his old home, having spent the last year researching a forbidden and secretive training regime by the name of Hachimon; the Eight Inner Gates. It was not until recently that his research had finally boiled over into an avalanche of details- telling him exactly what he needed to finally claim their power, returning to his home as a man to seek out any advice he could to finally obtain his goal.

The blue haired man had been breathing steadily, focusing inward to feel his own chakra move about his body. Konsho had been experimenting with delaying his chakra's movement in order to trigger the transformation. The task was difficulty, but Konsho found it easiest when calm, focused, and most importantly; when tying the task to physical movement. This was the reason the shinobi had decided to visit this old site of his training. He could remember spending time with friends here... as well as his failure to keep up with said friend. How long ago she had eclipsed him in ability- yet the young genin had kept up the illusion that he could somehow catch up if he mastered an ability the he could not preform. It was a vexing thing, to so thoroughly understand something yet lack the innate talent to do it. Like a surgeon mourning that his hands were made more for a scalpel than the ivory keys of a piano, Konsho was painfully aware that the skills of a true sage were beyond him.

Yet this technique gave hope. So, with a mix of friendly emotions, a firm focus on his goal, and several months of study and training behind him, Konsho would finally attempt to open the First Gate; Kaimon. To be more accurate, he was finally attempting to keep the gate open. He had a brief encounter with it during his fight with Ishi. The brief power he felt was amazing, becoming a wild force of nature. But by that point, Konsho wasn't thinking clearly, having been focused solely on entering the village. He had failed to even notice the exhaustion that had over taken his body; only realizing how tired he was when he attempted to open the gate again in this exact area. The clothes he'd been wearing were still drying, leaving Konsho a minor feeling of regret and annoyance at the fact that he only brought a few outfits. The young man had spent the last few days in the same shorts and shirt he was currently wearing, practicing grouping his chakra in one area with a more purposeful and calculated approach- rather than the rapid fire attempts he made during his most recent fight. His outfit was now suffering from signs of wear and tear; a side effect of sleeping, eating, and drinking in the same area without access to more than a few outfits. Thankfully Konsho was more than comfortable with this life style- finding it strangely nostalgic.

This however was no mere practice run like he had done before, the young man had fully intended to . Konsho would follow a particular grouping of chakra, feeling as the chakra reached his fist. A long labored inhale would begin as he clenched his fists, the chakra seeming to stall in that area as more began to build behind it. He could not hold the pressure for long, but he could at least clump the chakra together, letting it flow slowly as greater amounts of air filled his lungs. Pulling his arm back at the elbow, the chakra's journey would move slower than it would if it were unimpeded by Konsho's own efforts. When the building sensation reached his elbow, the blue haired man's breath would pause, feeling the energy reach his neck as he bent it again, allowing the built up pressure to begin to approach the left hemisphere.

With a sudden exhale, the nineteen year old genin would release his hold on the energy, feeling it pulse through his body, as every synapse in his brain lit up at once. His left arm would finally relax, allowing itself to drop- and almost taking Konsho with it. A small noise of shock would find its way out of the young shinobi's mouth, as he caught himself on his own arm, feeling something give way as he landed. Yet the man's crimson eyes saw no damage on his body, and felt no pain as he finally prepared to push himself to his feet. As soon as his arm began to move he yet again found an unnatural amount of force as he suddenly launched himself into the air. As he rose, Konsho couldn't help but notice the pebbles rising with him. Looking down at the smooth stone he had caught himself on, Konsho could see where the small crack had started when he fell- and how the second wave of force had completely broken the piece in two. There was that lack of control again.

Taki hadn't had too much time to really get around to training at the Compound with the Okada now having their own gym for their shinobi to train in as well as another one out in Kuwana she herself never really spent that much time in the Gorilla village like she used too anymore but whenever she did it was always a breath of fresh air.

The young Sage would make her way through the compoud, waving hello to the many Gorilla's she had recognized her many recent exploits having garnered her a bit more favor since she'd been trying to work on her relationship with them. But as she closed in on the training grounds the girl would spot a familiar face or more so head of hair.

"Wa-heeeeey!" the girl would say as she clung her face to the steel grate, before climbing over it and making her way towards the center of the field. "Dere's a head o hair I haven't seen in a while!" she'd say as she approached him with open arms but as she got closer she'd see him seemingly come down on himself and rush towards him checking to see if he was alright.

"Whoa...Blue hair you alright...need me to go get Fudo or Riku..." she looked around wondering if they're might've been anything medical shinobi around. She wasn't sure what he'd been doing but he seemed to hurt himself and it just seemed to happen out of pretty much no where, she knelt beside him wanting to make sure he was doing alright before leaving him to his own devices.

During Taki's training she learns that she has a significant amount of energy and after graduating to the rank of genin she began to learn how to properly make use of them under the tutelage of Midori Chizawa. As a result the girl is now able to perform a bevy of powerful techniques for longer periods of time without tiring as quickly as others.

[Heavyweight: Super Strength SA]

With the rigorous training that Taki's now able to throw down with the best of them boasting monstrous strength fitting for her professional wrestling background, having combined that with the training she performed at the academy has now made her able to performs ridiculous feats such as being able to crush stones in her grip causing concussions and snap bones with her powerful strikes and holds. Taki has also increased the amount of weight she is able to lift by a massive margin in a way that makes her an even more fearsome taijutsu practitioner than before.

[Wrestling Genius]

As a result of her training, and advancements as a genin. Taki's grappling ability has increased even further making her wrestling based techniques far more difficult to deal with and escape from. As a result, her slams, holds, submissions and suplex's are far more damaging and harder to escape from then that of a genin who is not trained in these particular abilities.

When transforming into Sage Mode Taki's body and overall Taijutsu prowess increase exponentially most notably her grip strength allowing her to take hold of someone with a painful amount of power amplifying her already proficient ability to grapple with an opponent making it significantly harder to be broken out of as well a deal a considerable amount of damage.

✤ Gorilla Press [Natural Taijutsu]

When transforming into Sage Mode Taki's body Taki is able to use nature energy to harness her powers in order to make her more physically imposing than normal adding to her natural affinities with Taijutsu allowing her move faster and hit harder heavy items thus adding a good amount of power and heft to her attacks allowing her to snap bones with much less effort and outpace a good majority of her enemies with her monstrous charge.

✤ | Abilities (Imperfect Enhancement)
✤ The Immovable Force [Durability]

Due to the coarse strength of a gorilla's skin Taki is able to withstand a good amount of extra punishment allowing her to be able to withstand blows from most enemies that most shinobi wouldn't be able to normally withstand. As such blows from strong fighters are reduced by a considerable amount and when struck feel like colliding with a considerably immovable force.

As gravity began to re-exert control over Konsho's current positioning, the boy began to relax as one was supposed to when falling. Thankfully the energy from earlier only caused him to be launched a single foot in the air, even if it left his back facing the ground. As the fall began, Konsho would twist his body, essentially rolling into the landing. Unfortunately the young shinobi had yet again underestimated what one hundred percent of the body actually meant, which resulted in himself tumbling straight into a tree, leaving a considerable indent with his own body.

After these events, Konsho was hesitant to even stand up, acutely aware that he now lacked control of his own body. Yet he could tell something in him had changed from a moment ago, a feeling of normality returning to his body. As the crimson eyed shinobi rose to his feet, he noted the sudden lack of control had faded just as quickly as it came. Just that brief moment had allowed Konsho such a sudden growth in power that he had somehow managed to fling himself across the area he had been training in, yet as he finally finished picking himself back up he could feel the smallest pain in his muscles. The blue haired man could feel the briefest signs of stress on his body, as if he had just started a workout. It was a less sever reaction than last time, which made sense given that the young shinobi had opened the gate for the briefest of moments this time, where last time the gate seemed to only loose steam when he had. Perhaps something about being in combat that made maintaining the gates easier?

It was only after that thought that the young man would finally notice his old friend's presence as she checked on him. "I'm fine." The elder shinobi would quickly brush off the need for medical attention, especially with how long he had spend with Riku already. "Just not used to this yet."

The girl would help him stand up She'd watch him as he seemed to be fixated on something he wasn't talking something didn't exactly feel all that right about the way that he seemed to be carrying himself. She'd watch the way he trained and saw him blitz across the way and would look to his arm recalling his injury, hoping he wasn't over exerting himself she had sent him to train with Goro but was a little worried that he might be takin it over board.

"Yeah it'll do dat." she'd say looking at him taken aback as the water from the river water would splash the girls face. He seemed to shoot up a few feet into the air and would land on his back yet again. She'd walk over too him and extend out her hand too him.

"You havin some trouble?" she had watched his motions and figured that it seemed familiar. "C'mon I'll go get Riku and we can take dis kinda slow." she'd say crafting a few handseals to bring the sumnmon forth, the gorilla seemed to be in the middle of something his hand looking as if he were in the process of peeling back a banana. "You could've called you know." the gorilla would say. Taki would lean against a tree.

"Sorry, Riku... just keepin an eye on Blue Hair." Riku would look over at the boy noting something questionable about it as he stood beside her. "I'm glad you asked me to do this...the boy has been notably not himself lately." he'd whisper. "Really what'dya mean...?" the girl would wonder.

"No really you don't have to-" Before Konsho could finish his sentence, Taki was consumed in smoke, and the blue haired shinobi was all too aware of what was to come. He had only left Riku's home a few days ago and now the medical gorilla was being dragged to him. He'd already had to fight just to get into his own home, Konsho did not need more prodding into his own life- it was already bad enough that Taki was even here! As far as Konsho knew, the Sage of Iwagakure was often busy training her own students- whom had moved passed this step of training- or working towards her own goals. He had hoped she would not see him until he had finally figured out the starting steps of utilizing the First Gate; Kaimon. At least then he'd have some growth to show since their last interaction. Standing next to Taki; a fully realized sage, Konsho was acutely aware of what he was; a one armed shinobi who fought the same way he did two years ago. A young jonin next to her elder friend; the adult genin who stood still doing nothing. He was truly pathetic.

Konsho could feel something bubbling up as he had watched Taki preform the summoning technique; some mix of anger. jealousy, and resentment as she was consumed by the smoke. Must have been nice- summoning her tools. Meanwhile Konsho could no longer talk to his own brother. As the smoke cleared and Konsho saw his old friend standing next to Riku, he would quickly bury that churning cocktail into whatever pit it came from. Riku was aware of everything that had happened a few days ago- things he hoped Taki was completely ignorant of. Shortly after the ape began whispering, Konsho would stiffen as he cleared his throat. Even if he couldn't hear what Riku was saying, Konsho knew he didn't want them talking about it. "You know it's rude to talk about people who are right in front of you."

The statement was a strange one to come from Konsho, given his outright disdain for any form of social construct or ruling. Then again, much about Konsho was off at this point. Taki could see Konsho's stiff and tense stance alone did not fit his own way of moving or fighting style, nor did the hunch he found himself in. To Riku, whom had known Konsho both as the calm teen and chaotic child, had noted that the boy's movements had become slowed and sluggish during his time at the village. Both could doubtless tell that the dark bags under his eyes had returned with enough strength to rival his time in Iwagakure- a facet Riku and Taki had both seen the red eyed man recover from. More over, Konsho had clearly begun neglecting his clothes again; the seams near his joints fraying and coming undone, his usually black and blue outfits now grey in color as their color had faded. Taki would have also noticed his hair had become even worse than when he was a child; as when Konsho grew his hair out he actually had started to care for it. Now it was just as long as it ever was- but far more disheveled than it had been even when she first met him. The biggest and most obvious change however was that Konsho's skin had suddenly become pale- paler than even his time as a hermit. All together, the Konsho standing before both of them, at least once he had actually gotten close, was visibly changed from the one either of them had last seen- which was a lot given that the last time Taki had seen Konsho: his arm had been cut off. "Taki's being paranoid Riku. You can go back to eating." Hopefully Riku would remember the conversation they had about the first gate, and the fatigue it caused, leaving to return to his home. His presence had already caused damage.

As the girl would watch her friend she'd get a closer look at him noting even more distinct features his clothes were ragged more so than usual his hair was unkempt which was nothing new but in this instance seemed particularly odd. But still he wasn't acting like himself he was ballsy ballsier than usual to the point where it made her wonder something. However what sealed it was him seeming telling Riku that he could simply leave.

"Hey what's your deal man, you look like you haven't slept in days, and how didja even get in here I woulda hoid somethin about you showin up." Riku would stand there chewing over his fruit. "It would be best if you rested my dear boy such over exertion is problematic, you already passed out once this morning--"

Taki would look towards Riku and then put the pieces together based on the way that he looked he was pushing himself far past the point of exhaustion. "Say what...?" she'd look over at the boy thinking back to what had happened in the Chunin exams and how he'd already lost his arm.

"Look Blue hair I get it...but dis ain't da way ta do it...and dis is coming from me!" she'd say it was her way of pleading with him to stop she'd approach the boy and attempt to put a hand on his shoulder. "Look...take 5...or 10." for once she was the one reacting calmly to try and get him from letting something drive him to do something stupid.

She put that burden on herself and wouldn't want it on anyone, at least not someone she didn't think could handle it.

He could feel their eyes on him, their own little inquisition as they brought damned silent judgement on him. Konsho had gotten far more than his share of that in Iwagakure, those eyes; looking at him for any sign of failure or imperfection. His instructors, the other students, even unimportant men and woman who had merely heard of some no name wild child being given the potential position of sage. The mere insinuation that a stranger could be given that position incited their envy and hate. A position Taki now occupied, and one she used to her advantage to forward her own plans. Yet she received nothing less than respect from those around her, and how could the blonde kunoichi be given anything else? A child prodigy, a full fledged sage at the age of fifteen, and a local hero long before she even was interested in being an apprentice. There was no reason to hate her.

"Ah, I see you at least waited fifty-seven seconds before you decided to violate patient confidentiality. Thank you for the consideration, Riku." Konsho's exceedingly sarcastic and accusatory response was bit out with an underlying aggression that was just as strange as Konsho's own comment earlier. Given the current scenarios, with everything being laid bare regardless of his own consent, Konsho didn't feel the need to hold back the constant commentary from his own mind. Taking a step forward, Konsho's stance was controlled and rigid, rather than the more relaxed posture he usually possessed. Staring into the eyes of the summon, his gaze would tell Riku all he needed to know; there would no talking here. One arm firmly behind his back, it spoke that Konsho would in no way be returning the gesture he had already rejected at the gate, and that he had not liked the fact that Riku had failed to listen before. "Thank you for your visit."

Crimson eyes would be pulled from Riku's orbs to Taki's own, attention grabbed from a hand on his shoulder. The words pierced Konsho's own focused mind, as his vision began to take in the form of his friend. She had a point, and the fact that it was her making the point made it strike all the more true. He could feel the faint pain still clinging to his muscles, perhaps it was time to rest. "Look...take 5...or 10." With those few words, his mental vision began to narrow again. There she went repeating herself again, she seemed to love to do that! Perhaps it was an Okada thing, loving to hear the sound of one's own voice. As his eyes widened, Konsho's stare would meet Taki's own, solely focused on them as his eyes dilated in realization.

Those blue eyes and that annoying look, he hated it! He hated her! She thought he couldn't handle this, that he was helpless. The self righteous pity, that he could not handle what she had put herself through. History repeating yet again, and she assumed he was as powerless as ever. But this was not sage training, he was not helpless, and she was wrong! But perhaps he should be thankful it's just that mournful, self gratifying stare. After all, she could have unleashed one of her obsessive condescending rants, complaining yet again over his complete lack of any of progress. Or even worse, she could have beaten him yet again- not that he could blame her for it- it seemed to be the only method that worked! He barely graduated before she informed him she was already chuunin- in between blows of course, to make the profound punctuation of such a statement land just as hard as her fists had! So looking at it, Konsho knew he should feel gratitude for this- this... pity.

A gaze placed upon him from above, from yet another superior who had surpassed him. A line he could never cross, a divide he could not surmount- he was simply doomed to watch as everyone else took their spot and he remained in reserve. But now he had a way over it, one that he would not be denied, not by her- Riku- ANYONE! After months of pain- of feeling the shards of his own bones pierce his soft, weak flesh. Drying his eyes to the point his blood vessels threatened to leave his skull to seek out that sweet, wonderous hydration and protection he denied himself as he spent in numerous hours translating lost and insignificant texts! Not when he had fought one of the apes, just to gain entry to his own home! Be it the supposed gods, the bijuu, the lords, it did not matter who! No one would stop him anymore, not even himself!

As Konsho stepped away from Taki, the young shinobi would seem to recenter himself, burying those idiotic emotions back in the hell they belonged in. A deep breath later, and they were gone. He could not be mad at Taki, he could not hate her. Not his oldest friend. She was simply worried, as ironic as it was given where he learned this from. "Sorry, but I can't. I have a new path to follow, one that can make up for the... situation I've landed myself in. This is where I finally start making strides, where I do something. Not a title someone else decided to give me, or some idiotic pride. I'm chasing what I want, no matter the cost. You're doing the same thing."

As the boy would seemingly choose not to listen to what the girl had to say he was once again being stubborn but when he spoke and when she looked at him she noticed something there was a conviction in his eyes and when he effectively called her out on the way that she acted in accordance to what he was doing at that point him needing to say anything else she easily understood where he was coming from, it seems like a bit of her had rubbed off on him and he himself was on his way to being self made in his own way which was something that she could respect and wouldn't turn him away for, was it stubborn? Yes, was she still going to help him either way, Yes.

With that the girl would tip her hat and step in front of em. "Look i was just trying to help, but taking 5 ain't exactly what you need right now then is it." She'd get herself into her usual grappler stance. "C'mon then let's see how long you can hold onto this thing...I can take whatever you got just focus on attacking me like last time got it?"

Rather than simply being a friend here she figured that wasn't what he was looking for, this time she'd be more of a coach. If you're going to to try and be your best, it'd be a good idea to at least have someone who knows you to help you get there and she knew him better than pretty much anyone and could at least help him figure out the flaws in his mannerisms since he had helped to train her cousin with the same technique about a year ago around this time and look how he turned out.

Before they would get started she'd look towards her other companion Riku "Riku...we might need ya on stand by here...this might get rough." with that the girl would get herself into a stance as she prepared to take on what he had. "Ready when you are."
