Root Out and Recoup MISSION RANK: C NPC REQUIRED: non RANDOM MISSION SCENARIO: Disabled PARTICIPANTS: Uzumaki Atagi Kyokujitsu Kagero Kisei Sachi DESCRIPTION: A land-based shipment of goods(food and building supplies, mainly) from Nishigo up to Showa for distribution downstream has been waylaid and dispossessed of its contents by some manner of banditry, organized enough to plan out a caravan caper. The mission is simple -- secure and retrieve the goods, or at least verify they're all shipped off, consumed, or destroyed. As for those who've stolen the shipment, violence is not disallowed or discouraged, but dispatching them isn't a qualification for the mission's completion, either.
