Keisuke had been spending most of the day in his Office, which was quite unusual for the man to do, but decided to help catch up on some of the paper work that had build up in the last few days due to Keisuke having spent time away from his tower and decided to catch everything up he had to. As he was filling out papers and putting them to the side of his desk. Keisuke could hear a knock at his door. Before he gave the signal for the person to enter, the door suddenly slammed open. While it was not in the best interest to come storming into the room of the Hokage, this had to be urgent for the interruption that happened.

An ANBU would enter the Hokage's office before giving Keisuke a bow in respect before speaking. He told Keisuke that he had news that Uzumaki Kurei had been officially reported as missing in action. Upon hearing the news Keisuke took a second to process the information before coming up with a response. "We need to begin a search for her at once and we need to find out what has happened to her the best we can. I authorise a search party to begin a search of the area last known she was in and I will forward the details to the team I select for the mission her last known mission details hoping it might help them with their investigation." With the order of a search given by Keisuke, the ANBU was about to leave Keisuke's office before he spoke a final time to the man. " Go find me Uchiha Issei at once and ask him if he will come to my office with urgency."With the order given the ANBU operative went in search of Issei.

Hero’s "Presence”

This Hero’s presence is an ability that stems right from Keisuke’s own chakra and with how the man is around others. The man believes that he is a real hero, even though a lot of that is self-proclaimed. His belief that he is a real hero has created something truly special for Keisuke. He has developed a special aura, that stems from his hero "energy” [chakra levels]. This aura can be seen by others, though it can only really be seen clearly when he is in the thrill of battle believing he is a true hero. Out of battle his aura is faint but is sometimes present if he speaks of his hero-like desires. Those who witness his aura ‘might’ believe in him for just a second, whilst they will often deny they believed anything. The doubt is in there minds. In the presence of friends and allies, his aura will truly be seen. His aura to friends and allies will give them a slight boost in confidence and will give them the belief they can win even if they are against it. As a Uzumaki Keisuke's will is yet strengthened by his will and determination even more he will keep going until until he drops dead if he has to.

It seemed as though drama was once again rearing its ugly head again in Konoha. As a captain of root Issei was amongst the first people to know that Kurei Uzumaki was no longer with them once word was brought down from Toshizou. The Uchiha only hoped that death was the only thing to come to her, and not that she might have found a match capable of extracting any intricate details related to Konoha. Many measures were put into place to prevent that, but Shinobi from all over were unique so anything was possible.

Given the extra duties placed upon Toshizou and their own personal ambitions, Issei wished to assume the role of Vice Commander with Kurei presumably taking on his role of Commander. Issei wasn't always for how Kurei did things, but so long as they had the respect of Toshizou she had his. With that in mind he'd likely make a move to promote Isuza to Captain in his place, but now it was looking like things would be heading in an even more extreme direction with this turn of event.

Too many things were happening at once in ROOT, and before he'd even get the chance to get to the bottom of it himself Issei would be met with the presence of ANBU. "Sigh.. Looks like you guys are still pretty adept at what you do eh? Keisuke wishes to see me?" In usual like fashion the ANBU simply vanished. They weren't one for words and only spoke when they needed to. Since Issei likely anticipated the reason for them being here there was no reason to talk.

Issei immediately headed toward the place were the Hokage resided so that they could get to the bottom of this. While ANBU might have gotten word of Kurei's absence, only ROOT knew that they were no longer with them for sure. Nevertheless, after arriving to the door of the Hokage, he'd knock and wait for him to verbally let him in.
