Dearest Fire Shadow,

Greetings, most favored Hokage. As you are no doubt aware, this letter is not, in fact, from that old hag Shuuka, so I’ll get right to the point: my name is Seika Nakajima, and I desire to meet with you to discuss certain things regarding my former village. As I’ve no idea if this letter will even reach you, I shall leave an address attached for your reply to be sent to (oh, and don’t bother trying to track me through them; it's a ferrying service and I won’t pick it up in person, so you’d be chasing a dead end).

SUPERHERO

Upon entering his office Keisuke found that a letter was awaiting him it had been addressed to the Hokage directly and seemed to be important it seemed to be from the Yukigakure which was a surprise in itself, it had been flagged beforehand to make sure it had no hidden traps before it reached the Hokage's desk. Keisuke went ahead and opened the letter and saw it wasn't from Yukigakure and had been sent by another. The name in the letter didn't ring any bells and wasn't exactly clear who this person was or their intentions about wanting to speak about their former village.

While it probably was unwise for Keisuke to go there in person without any sort of guards something about meeting the unknown excited the hero of Konoha, most likely he would be followed by an escort. So couldn't do much about it for now. So Keisuke would respond to the letter with an acceptance of agreeing to meet with the Seiko and discuss whatever they wanted to.

Hero’s "Presence”

This Hero’s presence is an ability that stems right from Keisuke’s own chakra and with how the man is around others. The man believes that he is a real hero, even though a lot of that is self-proclaimed. His belief that he is a real hero has created something truly special for Keisuke. He has developed a special aura, that stems from his hero "energy” [chakra levels]. This aura can be seen by others, though it can only really be seen clearly when he is in the thrill of battle believing he is a true hero. Out of battle his aura is faint but is sometimes present if he speaks of his hero-like desires. Those who witness his aura ‘might’ believe in him for just a second, whilst they will often deny they believed anything. The doubt is in there minds. In the presence of friends and allies, his aura will truly be seen. His aura to friends and allies will give them a slight boost in confidence and will give them the belief they can win even if they are against it. As a Uzumaki Keisuke's will is yet strengthened by his will and determination even more he will keep going until until he drops dead if he has to.

Seika stared down at the scroll on her desk, tapping the pen she’d found nestled inside one of the many, many drawers of her new desk. Guren, for all her apparent talent at Genjutsu, had been a terribly messy individual, with scrolls clothes stashed in every nook and cranny that would hold them; the particular device she held wasn’t anything special, but it was sturdy and, most importantly, wouldn’t spill everywhere whenever the ship rocked with the waves.

So. The Hokage decided to take the bait. How… opportune. The Nakajima scratched out a quick reply, her penmanship fluid and direct, before taking the paper and planting a solid kiss as her seal, the red lipstick hardening with a flash of fire so as not to smudge the message inside. Rolling up the letter, the woman sealed it using the same seal she had used on the last one before standing up to go find the man with the bird summon. He had another letter to deliver.

Dearest Fire Shadow,

I am oh so very glad to learn you will be with me. Truly, it warms my ever-burning heart to know you care enough about the plight of a poor, tortured woman such as myself. I shall await your arrival at the third inlet of Iwane Tsuki ten days from now- you won’t be able to miss me, I’ll be in the floating fortress.
