"Lets see....hmmm....maybe if I angle it..." Moment Music Arashi would look over the landscape of the village from her position, placed upon a cliff facing as she attempted to make out the proper setup for what she was doing. After all, something like this was a bit of a challenge. Especially since she was simply testing a theory that had not been implemented, yet alone performed on such a large scale. Still, she trusted the math behind it. She had never known her teacher to be wrong when it came to seals. Perhaps a bit overeager and maybe massive with his plans, but never wrong. She had spent the last few weeks working on the design and considering the impact of such a defensive measure, it would be an undertaking to complete. Still, it wasn't impossible. The problem lay in the source of it. Granted, the seal would house the chakra needed to react to the process of activation, but the matter relying on that source to remain dormant until necessary made it so that it would need to be specific. A seal could last for years, maybe decades, but the effect would be worn down over time, much like the seal itself. That said, the information or even the results could be lessened due to that fact. It was the very reason why it had seemed like such an undertaking before. Or at least, it had been for Arashi when she first looked it over. She had imagined that whatever could be used, needed to be powerful. But it would be limited by the individual that it came from. Hence, why she considered the possibility, that it may have been be someone with a more infinite and long-lasting chakra reserve. Making her a prime test subject. Still, to take on such a matter, it had to be determined if she could leave a seal with her imprint of chakra and it would last with only a small sample of her demonic chakra. Would it hold? For another thing, what would be the implications of leaving her presence in a seal? Summoning a Sand platform beneath her, Arashi would get a better view of the village from within the clouds, prompting her to once again take her visual measurements. Once done, she'd land herself back to the cliff-side, considering similar usage of chakra for long periods of time. The presence of Kazekage within the tomb was an example of a long-standing chakra seal. There was also her predecessor chakra within the Kettle in the Kage Manor and his presence being capable of manifestation due to her own connection with Shukaku. It wasn't impossible to assume that she could do the same, but still, she wasn't leaving a message, but activating a large-scale shield. There was also the question of how to make it more inclusive. It couldn't only be accessible to one person. "Okay...think Arashi...." Crossing her arms, sit down and look at the designs once more, a calm expression resting on her face. The extent of this control is due to the supply gathered within her gourd, granting the bonus of power, but limited to only the amount contained within it. This ability makes her constructions denser and harder to break down, and the swiftness of their creation is instant rather than requiring the prior time of build-up due to the strengthened bond between Arashi and Shukaku. Ultimate Defense A Skill granted by her continued use and developed relationship with Shukaku over the continued use of his control over sand, Arashi has a stronger connection to the element, allowing her to use it at a much more intensive rate than before. As such, her defenses are much more adapt and capable of taking on stronger attacks and reinforcing itself at faster speed. This adaptation to the sand shield allows for it's reaction time to have increased and make it more challenging for attacks to connect and break through the first layer, while acting still on the natural inclinations of auto-repairing itself for the next strike. Sand Control Arashi is granted two forms of defense by the Ichibi. The first one is a subconscious ability granted by the Bijuu is that there is constantly a barrier of sand clinging to Arashi’s skin. This barrier acts as a shield against her skin, absorbing heavy blows and protecting her. Her sand defense is very tough, being very difficult to break through. The sand has been likened to steel and concrete. The second form is one which pulls sand from her surroundings and the sand piled on her skin to form a visible barrier and dome like barrier around her. The sand is typically pulled from the ground and any nearby source. Arashi’s various dogs often have a plentiful amount of sand carried in their thick coats. As such, the sand is often pulled from their coats to be used to protect the girl. Through the course of her training, Arashi has learned to control both of these forms of defense to a degree, making her much more capable of mounting a defense in a variety of ways. But she still at times must incumbent some cooperation from Shukaku to ensure of it's sustainability. Arashi can control sand and wind around herself to whip up sandstorms with powerful gusts. The sandstorm often appears when she’s emotionally strained and damaged. If there is no sand around her, powerful breezes will still gather around her. Shukaku enjoys teasing the girl to the point where sandstorms appear. But with the course of time, Arashi had grown more comfortable with this and developed a thick skin towards such actions by the Bijuu. While Arashi had previous had little to no control over her other sand related abilities, she has a somewhat capable hand at this one. Because of the trauma of her sand attacking her classmates at a young age, Arashi has managed to reign in some of this power. Learning to bend the sand to her will, Arashi can keep it from hurting those she doesn’t want it to hurt. Sand will be gathered from nearby sources to be used as a weapon when this ability activates. This ability typically only activates when Arashi is in severe danger, but it has now become possible for her to do so with ease. Though it is more prone to activating near or on full moons. The sand takes the form of blunt objects or tendrils to bash or choke enemies. During moments of extreme strain, Arashi loses all control over this ability as well. Enhanced Smell Somehow, Arashi has gained an enhanced sense of smell. It appears that she’s been hanging around dogs for too long and has obtained a sense of smell that rivals that of a blood hound. In reality, she has simply discovered that by channeling some chakra to her nose she can enhance the cells within it and gain a super sense of smell that may act as a sensor and tracking technique. She can smell out strangers, steel and various other things. Arashi may retract her chakra from her nose as well to make her sense of smell return to normal. Due in most regards to her heavily enhanced sense of smell, With her continued usage of this ability, she has now become capable of near passively monitoring the exact range of a target and their positioning within 250 meters. (Able to turn "off and on" this enhanced sense at the 'prick' of chakra to her nose) Hunter's Instinct With her training from her mother, along with the lessons she learned from her time with the Saeko's Clan, Arashi adapted her tracking ability to a level similar to that of a sensory nin. As such, allowing her much more precision in her ability to find and keep on the heels of individual targets or groups through use of her enhanced sense of smell and ability to identify individuals and objects at long range. Starting small would likely be the best way to begin. A small message and see the lasting effects. It still left the question of just who would be able to access it. What if it was impossible to be checked? She'd honestly have to have an alternative in that case. Perhaps bringing someone in on it would be far more practical. Though for the moment, it was best to not bring anyone in on it until she had a concrete plan for all this. So far, she was working on theories and ideas of an old master of Seals. A genius, but it still was a project that was never finished and for possibly good reason. "Fine...something small....easy..." She looked toward a small stone, placing her hand on the surface before closing her eyes. As she focused her chakra, a cursed seal mark would appear over her hand, stamping the rock with a seal as she began to release a breath. In moments, it felt as if she may be floating, but in truth, it was only a mental visual. No need to be fancy with it, only the bare minimum was required. Yet, the idea of planting something of herself into the landscape was a bit exhilarating in a way. It was like leaving a memory. Maybe not a lasting one, but still a piece of herself. In an endless land that was constantly changing...breathtaking... As she finished this process, she'd pull her arm back, seeing the dark ink as it rested there before the stone, slowly imprinting it with a mark before stabilizing. "There we go...now...to test it..." As she did this, she'd reach for once more, seeing the image of herself as she blinked for a moment in the white surroundings. A mindscape was usually the area in which such communications were done. A void of the maker's own design. Depending on the individual, it could be anything they wanted. Since this was a test, it was simple. Nothing around them, only the faint image of herself and the presence of her chakra. "Hello...Um...testing?...Right...of course...ahem...This is a test marker...hopefully one of many that will give instructions toward practical defense measures in case of the worst. Laying prone behind a rock Zakku was frozen in place.  His muscles ceased up as he saw the dust cloud and dove behind the rock hiding from whoever was on the cloud of sand.  He knew who it was.  He knew it the moment he spotted the cloud.  It was Arashi.  He hadn't talked to her since he'd made her cry.  He'd also kidnapped Ai with Ayukawa for a few days   So things might be a bit awkward for him.  

Looking at the blunt he dropped as he fled he debated reaching for it.  Not wanting to give away his position  but also he needed his smoke.  Casting a glance over the rock he saw Arashi had her eyes closed.  Hoping she'd be distracted enough he reached out and grabbed his blunt.  Seeing her pull her arm back Zakku darted back into his cover and softly chuckled to himself.  "Zakku you brilliant bastard."  He took a long drag then remembered he'd have to exhale and the smoke would give him away.  He could hold his breath.  It wasn't long till his lungs began to burn.  Holding his breath was a losing battle and his lungs were going to win.  

Zakku began coughing smoke blowing out with each cough as he rolled out from his cover.  "Oh Kami!"  He coughed.  As his coughing fit calmed down Zakku gave a light wave to Arashi.  "Please be gentle."

She had really hoped that the odor might have been a skunk. At worst, some animals had managed to make this place feel like home. Though the sight of Zakku had thrown all those possibilities out the window and that was probably for the best. Looking down at him as he attempted to regain himself, his slight wave was enough to make her sigh before brushing the loose strands of hair from her face, prompting her to cross her arms. With a raised brow, she'd look at him with a calm expression. "I knew I smelled somethin..." The last time the two had talked, it hadn't ended exactly the way either of them would have liked. If anything, things were a bit awkward, probably as bad it was between her and Miori at the moment. Though at least, in the case of the latter, she could possibly try and salvage it. What had happened between her and Zakku was a bit different. No better considering what had had been doing in her absence. Perhaps offering this was enough to at least help with the tension between them, though it was no more than a stepping stone for what they both knew would be a lengthy conversation. She wasn't hitting him so that was a great start.  Maybe he could keep it that way if he kept his smart comments to himself for at least a minute.  Zakku sat up and pulled himself to his feet with a grunt of exertion.  Dusting himself off as he approached the he slowly repeated Arashis words.  "Universal Sealing Technique..."  Not normally being one to deal with seals Zakku hesitated to touch the seal.  He'd gotten a taste of Asahi's drunk seal and enjoyed it for a bit but after the seal was removed he'd puked more than anytime his old Genin team had after a night of binge drinking.

Touching the seal Zakku winced slightly waiting for something to happen.  But nothing came.  Looking around the area Zakku was confused.  Nothing happened or did something happen and this was the effect?  Turning to look at Arashi.  His green eyes narrowed in suspicion he opened his mouth and spoke.  "What was supposed to happen?  Did it kill me?  Did you trap me in there and i'm now in the future?"  Zakku looked at the village and clicked his tongue in disappointment.  "I expected better development but it all looks the same.  The future sucks."  Sighing with disappointment he looked at her with an amused expression.  At least he thought he was funny.

Arashi would watch as Zakku took his position by the stone, his hand placed against the marker as he seemed to be waiting for something. He wasn't alone. If anything, she imagined the image and message would be instant, if not short enough with her slight rambling. Still, the fact that he hadn't come out of it with at least some kind of reaction, rather than his usual joking, proved that it had failed. Still, at least someone could make light of it, leading to her crossing her arms with a sigh before then raising her brow with a calm expression. "I'll answer the last two questions....No..." With a slight groan, she'd then shake her head before shrugging her shoulders. "Sides...even if I were capable of creating a seal that could hold someone for that long, I doubt ya first thought would be on the future status of the village..." Though oddly enough, the future was a bit of the point in all of this. It was meant to ensure that the village had a future. Yet, maybe this was a sign that perhaps that wasn't something she needed to focus her energy on. But, she wasn't about to give up on a dream just because of a small oversight. "It's meant to....create a step by step activation of a massive protection jutsu...one that can work without...me ...ya know? In case I..." As much as she hated the idea of death, it was something that seemed to loom over a lot of things in her life. "In case I bite it okay? It's based on Hiroaki-sensei's last project and I wanted to see if I could complete it. It should be giving ya a visual message based on the resonance of my chakra...but I guess it didn't react the way I wrote it..." Moving past him, she'd kneel down next to the stone as she began to look over the seal. Zakku didn't think about his own mortality a lot.  He especially didn't think about the fact his own friends will die.  A chance of bad luck or bad fate could easily befall any of them.  It was one of the many harsh realities of their lives Zakku had just pushed to the back of his mind.  "Then you'd need an object that could outlast you.  That's smart but have you thought about how someone else would find it?"

Taking another drag from his blunt the blue haired chunin looked over the seal.  At one point in time he'd have suggested blowing off this task but this time he couldn't.  Seeing Arashis fear of leaving the village unprotected told him nothing was going to convince her to drop this task she'd assigned to herself.  "How detailed were Senseis plans on this?"  Asking curiously he blew his smoke away from the pair of them.   "Maybe when you create the seal you should focus on who its for rather than who's making it."  Zakku suggested taking another drag from his blunt.  "Or you can try threatening it.  That helped keep me and Miori in line at times."  Zakku snorted in amusement and exhaled smoke from his nose.

"A few places have come to mind...I thought the manor at first...but if it comes under attack, then that's a no go. Theres also around the village, in certain locations, but if it's under attack then no one is really gonna have much time to go there either..." Cupping her hand beneath her face, she'd watch as Zakku inhaled from the blunt between his lips, closing her eyes before then shaking her head. "There's also the Archives beneath the Kage Manor...but between the kettle and whats left of the wellspring in the catacombs, those might be no gos too..." Considering the last time the wellsprings were even a thing, it had been perhaps one of the most critical moments for either of them. After all, Zakku had been the last one to see the well in tact and in the end, by the time she had gained access to what was left, the well was gone and buried. Now, much of that area had been reopened for her father's other project, which was a sanctuary and underpassage encase of a village-wide emergency. Perhaps she would work with that... But in the end, it wouldn't matter if no one could access the information in the seals, and that was proving to be the challenge here. As her friend just how detailed were Hiroki's plans, the young woman would make her way over to him as she tapped the surface of her arm and caused a seal to activate. From there, the rolled-up parchment would appear, prompting her to take hold and open it. "Man was a genius, but I swear his work was made only for himself and those that can understand Funinjutsu...which while I can...even I'm not completely sure of all it...yet.." In revealing it, she'd point toward the designs and images. The shape that was meant to be Sunagakure was obvious, but the rest were seals and patterns that were scattered in various places around it. Likely made as a birdseye view, each one was positioned in a certain way. "It's clear that he wanted to create something that could either protect or transport the village...though something that massive would literally require a large reserve of chakra...hence why I figured the seals would need to be powered through me..." Shrugging her shoulders, Arashi would then hear the idea of perhaps focusing the seals on who the seal was for, rather than the maker itself. "This isn't exactly something that should be used be accessed by a single person....we're talkin bout breaking literally dimensional barriers and turning the village into either a fortress or a mobile home..." Resting one hand on her hip, she'd then sigh as she took the blunt from his lips at the mention of threatening the seal to work, prompting her look over the object before handing it back to him. "Makin use ya ain't lacing yourself with some new shit if ya think that idea is practical..." In saying this, she'd then look at him for a moment with a calm expression. "Speak of Miori....when's the last time ya spoke to her? She was actin a bit weird the last time I saw her..." The first one is a subconscious ability granted by the Bijuu is that there is constantly a barrier of sand clinging to Arashi’s skin. Letting an irritated grunt as his blunt was taken from his lips Zakku fought the strong urge to curse and go after it.  "It is practical because it worked."  The blue haired shinobi stated matter of factly and took his blunt back.  "I can't lace this.  I need at minimum a few of my brain cells functional."

Looking over his blunt and being satisfied with it's state he placed it back between his lips and pulled a long drag.  Zakku hadn't talked to Miori since she'd ambushed him during his second run at the Chuunin Exams.  A faint smile started to appear as the memory replayed in his head.  Tackled into the snow by his friend he was more than over joyed to see her.  It was nice to see one of his original teammates before he started the exams.  

"No.  I haven't seen her in awhile.  She does her own shit and I'm on my own project.  If she needs me she knows how to find me or my clones."  Exhaling the smoke he removed his blunt from his lips and flicked the ash off at the end.  "Last I heard she was dating a Puppet.  If it's true I owe my dad some money."  

Leaning on a rock Zakku crossed his arms.  "Now it's your turn Superstar."  Taking another long drag for dramatic effect he stared at her.  "Is this project why you're doing shit all to help Ayu-chan?"  Exhaling slowly his green eyes stared at her with a bit of frustration.  "I know you're trying to avoid an incident but this can't go without something being done."   Seeing his friend being left broken and beat from her own clan was hard to watch.  Zakku's clones were out grabbing information and following up on leads trying to locate the Saeko clan while he stayed in the village waiting and let Ayukawa rest up.  They were going to need to be at better than their best to do this.

"She's been left for dead twice now.  Once was without her kami damn arm."  Clutching his arm with his free hand his blunt began to tremble as images of finding Ayukawa bloody and beaten flooded back still fresh and seared into his brain.  "When we found her I was so scared for her but there was something that I haven't been able to understand.  That letter you were quick to grab.  Why haven't you done anything with it?"

Arashi would raise her brow at the comment of the suggestion in fact being practical, leading to her releasing a breath before then rolling her eyes slightly. Though the idea of him not lacing his own supply due to wishing to keep some functioning brain cell did allow for a smirk to cross her lips before then allowing it to fade as he gave his impression on Miori's behavior. In truth, she had hoped that maybe his interactions with her had been better. Sadly, it showed that both of them were out of touch with the life of their friend. Though in his defense, she at least knew where to find him and he was possibly more informed by the fact that he had heard she was dating a puppet. "Wait what?" Tilting her head to the side, Arashi would then shake the idea of such a thing, though maybe....no... In the end, it seemed to all come back around to her, due to the question of her actions of late being the reason she was neglecting the situation with Ayukawa and the Saeko. Seeing the frustrated stare, Arashi would remain silent as she closed her eyes and then narrowed her eyes. It would be easy for her to fire right back, but the last thing she wanted was a fight, and it was a fair question to ask. While it certainly looked like she was avoiding it, Arashi had been looking into it. The matter was not only political, but it could be seen as her favoring the girl personally. But this wasn't about that. Ayukawa had made this challenging by doing what she wanted and without regard to any of the consequences. A similar feeling to say the least, but there was a bit of a difference here. Still, this event had clearly shaken Zakku a bit, hearing him speak on the matter and noting his reaction to it. Arashi didn't say anything, she only listened. Then it came down to the letter...the one that had been given to her by her...dipolmatic dopplerganger, prompting her to cause the scroll to return to her seal in her forearm, flicking her wrist as she caused the small piece of parchment to appear in her hand. Yea...But in the end, I step in...I'm taking on centuries of traditions based on the claim of corruption by it's elders...elders my grandfather trusted to look after things in his or my mother's stead..." Taking another long drag Zakku looked off the the side.  "I've seen you do more with less.  You remember that fountain you and me went looking for?"  Flicking the ashes off his blunt he continued.  "All you had to go on was a book.  A Book!  I found the thing.  I drank that water that flowed and you know what happened?"  His hand started to shake as he reached up to take another drag.  The pain of his chakra over flowing and forcing him to react quickly by expelling it anyway he could left him scarred. 

His finger traced a scar along his palm.  "I almost died from my own chakra.  It was overflowing my body was producing more than what I could handle  If I hadn't reacted and focused like I did..."  Looking at the ground he watched his hair enter his field of view as his head started to dip down.  A few realizations beginning to form.

Realization
"Ayukawa is right."  Nodding slowly Zakku looked at his blunt and flicked it away still burning half smoked.  "You and your father are Lazy."  No longer keeping the venom out of his voice Zakku clenched his fists.  "Wanna guess who's being left to clean up the gang mess in Sekara because your reputation doesn't mean shit to the underworld?"  He asked jabbing a finger out towards Arashi accusatorily.  "ME that's who because your father can't be bothered about anything that happens outside the walls of his city."  

Walking towards the edge to overlook Sunagakure he examined the place he'd called home his whole life.  His green eyes darting quickly as if noticing something new but it was the same.  It always was.  "Those gangs are going to kill each other and it was going to spill over here eventually.  Your dad didn't care.  I had to step in and propose my idea just so Sekara doesn't end up like eveywhere else.  Lost to the sand because your family is too lazy to help."

Crossing his arms he turned to face Arashi.  "You're help won't be needed.  I'll help bring the Saeko clan to justice.  Just like I have to reign in the underworld and how I found the fountain."  Angrily clicking his tongue he started walking away.  His footsteps loudly mirroring his anger with each step.  "You're gonna make a great Kage Princess."  Zakku finished with a dismissive wave.  After a few steps Zakku would disappear with a thunderous 'THOOM' as he became a blue blur disappearing into Sunagakure and headed to the bastion.  His bastion.

"Ya just proved my point...It was reckless of us to even do that! You could have died...and that..." Arashi was clearly seeing where Zakku was going with this, and she was doing her best to try and sway it to her reasoning for being delayed in reacting to the situation. Perhaps it wasn't to the timing of everyone else, but her actions had consequences if they didn't have a basis behind them. Information and truths were key to any discovery and this was no different. Back then, she was hoping what mild facts she could grab onto would be enough to work with, and they weren't. Though it seemed like this wasn't good enough... Then came what Arashi feared with the result of the subject matter being drawn to this....Accusations... As Zakku made his comment of laziness on not only her part, but her fathers, Arashi would narrow her eyes as she looked at him. Moment of Truth "Zak..." Her tone had shifted, as it was clear that this was pushing a button that he knew very well not to go for. She could take insults on her own behalf, even if they may have been bullshit, but her father wasn't lazy and she wouldn't let someone else go and make that claim on a whim. Still, the insults continued, going into his latest venture into Sekara and how he was the reason it was being cleaned up, not her father giving him access to the resources to do so. "Careful Zak..." Her tone increased in it's depths as she knew just what kind of set up the man had made and just what he was doing there. In truth, it wasn't what she'd call cleaning up, but rather shifting the chaos into another form. It didn't make things better, only aiming it into another enterprise, one that she felt was far worse. Not only that, but it sure as hell didn't make him a saint. His idea of becoming the supplier to a resource and managing the gangs of Sekara only made him just another supposed ruler of the underground. Yet, he still seemed to find a way to shift the reasoning behind such a means of protection, and that his efforts were far more fruitful than anything her family did. "The fuck ya say?" In that, he seemed to go onto remark that he would not need her help in bringing justice to the Saeko and that he would handle it, just like he would with Sekara. That only meant that he was going to do something incredibly stupid. That said, he'd make his final statement as to her future as Kage being great, leaving in a thunderbolt as Arashi allowed her sand to block the flash as he vanished like a blue blur. "EASY TO TALK SHIT WHEN YA RUNNING!!" Arashi would yell after him, frowning as she then threw her arms into the air before then releasing a low breath. This would not go well, and she knew it. It was made worse by the fact that it could mean that someone might die, something she was trying her best to prevent by having clear evidence and facts before bringing anything to the Clan Elders. She knew that at least one of them was dirty, but she couldn't go with just a gut feeling. Something that her friend wasn't even considering. Which made him all the more dangerous. As for Ayukawa, she could only imagine the brewing rage that was going on in her head. The Saeko was her family, and she'd do anything she could to protect that. But what they had done to her, how could she not be affected by it? What would she do if she was given such a chance to act on it? Arashi would place one hand on her forehead, soon seeing a shinobi stand at her side as she looked toward them. "Keep an eye on him...discreetly...and Ayukawa as well..." "Should I inform our contact in the Clan of a possible breech?" "Yea...and let them know that I'll be meeting them soon..." "Ma'am?" Closing her eyes, she'd frown before then shaking her head. This was a big risk, but if she was going to counter-act a possible blitz from Zakku, she'd need to be at the heart of it. Meaning...the one thing she didn't want to do. The extent of this control is due to the supply gathered within her gourd, granting the bonus of power, but limited to only the amount contained within it. This ability makes her constructions denser and harder to break down, and the swiftness of their creation is instant rather than requiring the prior time of build-up due to the strengthened bond between Arashi and Shukaku. Ultimate Defense A Skill granted by her continued use and developed relationship with Shukaku over the continued use of his control over sand, Arashi has a stronger connection to the element, allowing her to use it at a much more intensive rate than before. As such, her defenses are much more adapt and capable of taking on stronger attacks and reinforcing itself at faster speed. This adaptation to the sand shield allows for it's reaction time to have increased and make it more challenging for attacks to connect and break through the first layer, while acting still on the natural inclinations of auto-repairing itself for the next strike. Sand Control Arashi is granted two forms of defense by the Ichibi. The first one is a subconscious ability granted by the Bijuu is that there is constantly a barrier of sand clinging to Arashi’s skin. This barrier acts as a shield against her skin, absorbing heavy blows and protecting her. Her sand defense is very tough, being very difficult to break through. The sand has been likened to steel and concrete. The second form is one which pulls sand from her surroundings and the sand piled on her skin to form a visible barrier and dome like barrier around her. The sand is typically pulled from the ground and any nearby source. Arashi’s various dogs often have a plentiful amount of sand carried in their thick coats. As such, the sand is often pulled from their coats to be used to protect the girl. Through the course of her training, Arashi has learned to control both of these forms of defense to a degree, making her much more capable of mounting a defense in a variety of ways. But she still at times must incumbent some cooperation from Shukaku to ensure of it's sustainability. Arashi can control sand and wind around herself to whip up sandstorms with powerful gusts. The sandstorm often appears when she’s emotionally strained and damaged. If there is no sand around her, powerful breezes will still gather around her. Shukaku enjoys teasing the girl to the point where sandstorms appear. But with the course of time, Arashi had grown more comfortable with this and developed a thick skin towards such actions by the Bijuu. While Arashi had previous had little to no control over her other sand related abilities, she has a somewhat capable hand at this one. Because of the trauma of her sand attacking her classmates at a young age, Arashi has managed to reign in some of this power. Learning to bend the sand to her will, Arashi can keep it from hurting those she doesn’t want it to hurt. Sand will be gathered from nearby sources to be used as a weapon when this ability activates. This ability typically only activates when Arashi is in severe danger, but it has now become possible for her to do so with ease. Though it is more prone to activating near or on full moons. The sand takes the form of blunt objects or tendrils to bash or choke enemies. During moments of extreme strain, Arashi loses all control over this ability as well. Enhanced Smell Somehow, Arashi has gained an enhanced sense of smell. It appears that she’s been hanging around dogs for too long and has obtained a sense of smell that rivals that of a blood hound. In reality, she has simply discovered that by channeling some chakra to her nose she can enhance the cells within it and gain a super sense of smell that may act as a sensor and tracking technique. She can smell out strangers, steel and various other things. Arashi may retract her chakra from her nose as well to make her sense of smell return to normal. Due in most regards to her heavily enhanced sense of smell, With her continued usage of this ability, she has now become capable of near passively monitoring the exact range of a target and their positioning within 250 meters. (Able to turn "off and on" this enhanced sense at the 'prick' of chakra to her nose) Hunter's Instinct With her training from her mother, along with the lessons she learned from her time with the Saeko's Clan, Arashi adapted her tracking ability to a level similar to that of a sensory nin. As such, allowing her much more precision in her ability to find and keep on the heels of individual targets or groups through use of her enhanced sense of smell and ability to identify individuals and objects at long range. Ichibi Curse Seal The only ability Arashi has competent control over, this is the ability to utilize the curse seal marks over Shukaku’s body for her own bidding. Arashi can will the seals to cover her own body and control them to form various seals to preform fuuinjutsu from her own skin. As such, she can summon weapons she has sealed within them and rearrange the seals to be able to perform various fuuinjutsu that she has knowledge of without scrolls by using her own skin.
