Yet, if these talks fail to reach any heed, the alternative is to find one group that will manage to work with them in return for a lordship. Tensions are high, and with such a heavy risk in being involved with some of the worst individuals in Kaze no Kuni, will talks even be possible? Or will it come down to a display of strength and the wraith of the Kazekage? Time would show that through the joint effort of Arashi, Zakku, and Asahi, that a secured alliance was created with the outsider Noji. This would place things back on track for Sunagakure, and hopefully Sekara under it's new leadership and provide the benefits that were promised...

I would go to the fact that her experience as a Jounin as well as Sunagakure Jounin Hanchou should allow her to have access to such a technique due to the possibility of her having to perform interrogations.

I hate to be a stickler, but I'm going to need Kage approval that she'd be allowed to learn this. Jounin Hanchou doesn't oversee the ANBU, the ANBU Leader does. These are two separate areas of the military entirely and her being a general wouldn't necessarily afford her the knowledge that this jutsu even exists to learn it.
