Capture Mission: Shinobi Straggler MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIRED: No RANDOM MISSION SCENARIO: Disabled PARTICIPANTS: Uehara Shin, Hono Chisai DESCRIPTION: Recently there've been increasing complaints about someone attacking travellers such as tourists and merchants in the area between and around Nishigo and Showa. We didn't didn't give it too much attention at first as this was thought to be a common criminal, but we got word that this person seems to have learned their own share of shinobi techniques and pose quite high amounts of danger. Their origins are unknown as of now, but they do like to attack their victims from behind and out of the shadows. So far there has not been any murder or substential injuries to his victims, but the still uncertain danger and value of stolen goods adds up to this missions rank. The task of this mission is to capture the target nin alive. Injuries to the unknown target are fine, but killing them will count as a failure of the mission.
