[Kameosa]

From the forest's edge came a woman in an amethyst kimono. Atop a head of turquoise hair sat a pair of small black horns. Yellow eyes squinted shut as she took in the sun without the shade of Hi No Kuni’s trees. When she opened them again, she looked at the plains of Nohara. She took in the rich crimson of a smattering of spider lily, taking in their aroma and reminding her what had drawn her out of the forest in the first place.

She plucked one of the lilies and tucked one into her hair while she scanned the field. Aside from the grasslands, there were litterings of boulders throughout the field, including a rather large one about twenty feet away from her. It had a horse-shoe shape to it, with a slanted left side that made it taller on the end facing her.

Kameosa was about to begin walking again, but she stopped when she heard what sounded like footsteps coming from the other end of the stone. The snake sage tensed up and turned to face whoever was approaching. She wasn’t too worried, expecting perhaps it was someone running security on the border, but one could never be sure.

[Uehara Shin]

The footsteps that Kameosa heard came from a young man that had a very particular hair and eye color that seemed like a bizarre inverted coloring of each other. Black hair and a black eye on the left and white hair and a white eye on the right. It was a bit like someone forgot to color him in fully if one wanted to be mean, but he'd never been bullied for this particular trait of his, although it did draw eyes every now and then. What appeared on the large stone the woman had noted was exactly Shin who looked down at the intruder and took quick stock of her. "I am curious what brought you here, miss?" As Shin stood there a little ways away from here, but still in his heightened position, so she would have to look up to him.

As he spoke to her, two more men appeared from around the stone and watched Kameosa with a stern expression. "Sir?" One of them asked Shin, glancing up at him. These two were not Shinobi, but rather sort of bodyguards or maybe just underlings of Shin, both of whom had better attitudes then the rest of the guys he usually commanded about. "It's alright, she won't just harm us for no reason, you can stand down, I wanna talk to her and figure out why we have such an honored guest coming." Shin wouldn't recognize many Konoha Shinobi, but this particular person with a combination of blue hair and horns who held a somewhat special position was definitely someone he'd know about.
