Tall and muscular, Chizuru is definitely an eye-catching woman. The contrast in her demeanour and looks is fairly obvious to anybody who cares to look. She carries herself with a grace and elegance, and tends towards feminine looks, but her height and musculature aren’t something one expects from a woman who carries herself the way she does. Much of the time, her outfits are simple, but in colors and cuts that give a distinct feminine flair.
Fond of purple and pink, the colors often find their way into her wardrobe in some small way, even when otherwise dressed in drab black mission clothes. Outside of missions, she dresses almost like a civilian noblewoman, often seen in fancy dresses of varying colors.
Her clothes, hair, and makeup are almost always impeccable. While long, her brown hair is kept back in a tight bun with only two thin strands left to deans her face. Her makeup tends to be subtle, when she wears it, but only serves to enhance her looks. PERSONALITY NINDO: To Protect
Chizuru is most definitely a big sister at heart. Having grown up with 6 siblings, 5 of whom are younger, she’s developed quite the protective streak. She’d kill for her family, easily, and fully without remorse. In her eyes, if you threaten her family, you’re fair game. It’s much the same with her loyalty to her village, and she would kill without hesitation if she needed to for the good of Kumogakure. She would do terrible things if the Raikage ordered her to do so, regardless of any of her own opinions of the matter.
She’s plenty smart when needed, but her brilliance is largely strategic. She can come up with fantastic attack strategies at will, but ask her to help you repair a broken door and she’s likely to look at you as though you have three heads. She’s not incompetent per se, and knows enough life skills to survive just fine, but she’s certainly no master chef or survival expert.
When not being tasked with anything of importance, Chizuru is rather fond of flirting with other women. She likes to make people flustered, but beyond that, she prefers to have control of any given situation. When she’s not the one in charge, she’s unlikely to do well following instructions- with the notable exception of her Raikage of course. HISTORY Chizuru was born as the first and only daughter of a rather prolific shinobi family belonging to the Yugao clan. Her parents and older brother were shinobi before her, and she too would join the academy when she was old enough. Her younger brothers, too, would join once they came of age to join the academy.
Growing up, her mother was her role model and her greatest source of motivation. She wanted to be just like her mother, a woman who rarely took no for answer and was strong enough to back her ideals up. FIGHTING STYLE Rather unusually for a woman who uses Genjutsu, Chizuru is more often than not someone who prefers to fight in close quarters. In her opinion, long-range combat leaves too much to chance, and leaves more room for error. It’s far easier to analyze an opponent up close, where you can see them and have a guess at what they’re doing. While Kōkinjō is her go-to weapon, she uses her axe as a solid backup more often than not. If the rope doesn’t work in a given situation? She’ll use the axe. If the axe doesn’t work? She’ll use the rope. If both don’t work? Well, that’s what her summons and her Genjutsu are for. She prefers sheer brutal power in combat, though she does everything with as much efficiency as she can. COMBAT INFORMATION NATURAL CHAKRA: Raiton

Immense Chakra Reserves
Chizuru is something of an anomaly within the Yugao, with her affinity tending more towards physical techniques and taxing techniques. Born with naturally large reserves, they’ve grown as she’s gotten older to become truly huge. While she’s still nowhere near the level of a Jinchuriki or a sage, her chakra reserves allow her to last for much longer when spending chakra than an ordinary jounin, enabling her to sustain higher chakra usage for longer stretches of time.
Illusion Resistant
Chizuru has never been as naturally good at Genjutsu as her clanmates, though her talent in the art is still nothing to sneeze at. Breaking out of a Genjutsu is easier for her than it is for others, and her Genjutsu breaking counts as one rank higher. At jounin, this translates to being able to break A ranked Genjutsu with a Kai, and at Elite Jounin, this will be able to break S ranks. This still follows standard Genjutsu escape pain thresholds for breaking out of Genjutsu using pain.

While far from a sage, Chizuru has had a close bond with her clan’s summons from the moment she was allowed to sign the contract. Having grown up with them, they’ve been everything from playmates to comrades, and she has endeared herself to many of the more elusive members of the contract. Because of this, she is able to summon at one rank higher than she normally would. (A rank at Jounin, S rank at EJ.)
Titanic (Enhanced Strength)
While her height and muscle mass help, Chizuru has also trained in Bukijutsu since starting training as a shinobi. Over the years, a combination of exercise, extensive weapons practice, and additional strength training, have helped Chizuru achieve a level of bodily strength high above that of her peers, being well beyond what a normal jounin can achieve.

Chizuru isn’t a natural talent in Genjutsu. That does not mean, however, that she is not good at it. As all Yugao have, she has trained in her clan’s techniques from a young age, and her proficiency with them is relatively decent, though her specialization in them is secondary.
