I feel it would be a good idea to have a plotting board in the OOC area of the forum down below. It would be a place where people could post up requests for threads; anything from a general "Looking for a thread in X village" to more specific requests such as lovers, sensei, rivals, enemies, and just about anything else. Having this board would help speed up the process as PMs would no longer go forgotten for weeks because so-and-so hasn't logged onto that specific character in a while. It would also help in that not everyone is online at the same time of day, so it may be difficult for certain people to contact others through the cbox.
