It was crude and probably was gonna be taken down, but he took a book from the flyer he found at the shop before. Putting up his flyer and looking for someone to help tutor him in creating a good defense. He wanted to be like one of those cool tank-like shinobi who could take the biggest hits and keep going as if nothing didn't happen. It seemed like something so cool! This was a bit different than the elegant show and fragile nature some of his clan viewed how the shinobi should be, but not Tsubasa. He wanted to be strong and big like some of the greatest heroes of history!

So he would be sitting in the academy training yard hoping someone would be taking up the advertisement. Each person who walked by no matter their age or rank would give him hope they would be the one who would teach him, but to no avail. Some people did approach him and ask why he was sitting on a bench doing nothing and he would explain why, but most of them would just dismiss his reason and leave instead of sticking around to help. This made him feel dejected each time, but he tried to keep an optimistic view that someone would show up to teach him.

The neatly sheathed sword and fan at her side hinted at her mastery of both weaponry and Ninjutsu. Clad in a simple yet comfortable outfit, a light blue hanten added a touch of warmth to her attire.

The purpose of her return was a thoughtful one. An's favorite teacher had celebrated a birthday a few days prior, and she intended to express her gratitude with a small gift. With a polite bow, she bid farewell to her sensei, offering birthday wishes once again as she closed the sliding doors behind her.

As she navigated the well-known corridors, a flyer caught her attention. It appealed for assistance in defensive training. Not long after, An approached a blue-eyed boy who seemed older and taller than herself. With a warm smile, she greeted him and inquired about the opportunity to lend a hand.

Finally, because these techniques are made from her own cells or bodily fluids, such as converting her saliva into a specific Fungi secretion, An is immune to their effects.

His p[prayers would after some time be answered with the appearance of a newly graduated academy student. Well, Genin now since she graduated, and while she wasn't in the same class as Tsubasa as he had seen the girl a few times around the academy, they never really interacted before. The only thing he did know about her, outside of being graduated already, was that she was a few years younger than him. Still, he couldn't help but feel she probably had some sort of ability to have even graduated so he wouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth.

"Mizushima Tsubasa," he would say in response with a smile on his face. His goofy grin showed off his teeth, but his eyes closed in reaction to how big his smile was. He was honestly pretty happy someone answered his flyer especially since it wasn't like he could pay for the lessons, but he needed the help somehow, and if she was here to do that he would gladly accept her help. "It would be a big help to graduation if I could get this training so I'm thankful that someone showed interest in helping," Tsubasa said in response to his flyer.
