travel restrictions & maps Each village has its own set of travel restrictions for its shinobis. If a mission does not specify that it is a joint mission between villages (all of the nation leaders involved have agreed on the mission), one should obtain permission from their village leader, and if one is leaving the village for any reason other than a mission, one should also obtain permission.
