Rather than referring specifically to a show being put on by a member of the clan, this idea instead extends to the indomitable will and impressive stability and durability the clan as a foundation holds. So long as there is blood pumping through a clan member's veins, so long as there are tunes to be made, songs to be sung, acts to be performed, the show will never end... So too does this "show" refer to whatever a clan member is engaging in. Studying, fighting, making conversation, perhaps even killing, nothing can get in the way of an Akegawa's goal once they have their mind set upon something. Beyond this, the Akegawa have held differing ideologies over time that have cascaded together in the present day. Old members of the clan held onto the idea that coin is everything, eschewing their own morals and even past friendships for the sake of making money and extending their fame. The Akegawa of today has largely abandoned this notion in favor of success, rather than money. Money is, after all, simply a means to an end when it comes to maintaining prestige. Keeping the Akegawa name within metaphorical, and sometimes literal, lights is tantamount, and each member of the clan should always strive to compete with one another and any rival groups that pop up to prove their superiority. This comes not from a place of arrogance but from a place of growth, as the Akegawa are a clan born within the harsh, rough sands of Kaze no Kuni, surviving into the modern day through utilizing their quick wit, perception, and above all else, their flexibility.
