Despite her visible tiredness, Kizumi was warm and cheerful as she tapped the mic to make sure it was working, and said brightly, "Good morning! I want to thank everybody again for participating—I know you all worked incredibly hard to put on a good show, and I appreciate the effort and dedication you all committed to this event.” A pause, and she glanced sidelong to where her shinobi, as well as the proctors who had helped facilitate the event, were lined up. "I also wanted to shout out the shinobi who helped make sure everyone was safe and that the exams ran smoothly—it was truly a joint effort made by many hands, and couldn’t have been possible without all of you. Now, what I’m sure you’ve all been waiting for: the results!” She shook the parchment with a dramatic gesture, and cleared her throat. "First: these participants performed at the level expected of a genin. They have a lot of opportunity for growth and development before taking on more responsibility, and it is my belief that they are not yet ready to be chuunin.
