After the exams are concluded, the following report is given to Takigakure leadership to do with as they will. Whether or not the information is disseminated as-is to the genin in question or simply used as an internal guideline for the genin’s development rests in the hands of their leaders and Lady. Oborozuki Yuri displayed an impressive degree of versatility and quick thinking in the combat portion of the exam, reacting and strategizing in order to be able to competently work with her teammate towards victory. However, in the first segment of the exams, while Yuri performed tasks as directed and cooperated with her teammates well, she took very little responsibility for the team or objective and displayed very few traits of attempted leadership. Similarly, while she worked as an effective part of a greater whole in the second segment of the exams, she seemed content to follow in the wake of stronger personalities without demonstrating much of her own problem-solving capabilities. The improvement of her performance over the course of the exam and her success in the combat segment is perhaps indicative that all Yuri needs to develop towards chuunin is experience, and the confidence that comes with that experience. With that in mind, it is my belief that Yuri is not yet ready to become a chuunin, and would benefit from greater field experience and mentorship from an individual who can help to build her confidence and self-sufficiency.
