After the exams are concluded, the following report is given to Yukigakure leadership to do with as they will. Whether or not the information is disseminated as-is to the genin in question or simply used as an internal guideline for the genin’s development rests in the hands of their leaders and Lady. Muramatsa Jun is a well-rounded individual with an impressive knowledge base and skillset. I don’t doubt that she will make an effective operative as a chuunin; however, I do believe she has much room for improvement in areas of effective teamwork and in leadership. She seems prone to operating as an individual instead of as a unit, willing to benefit from the efforts of others without necessarily expending much effort in return, as in her conduct in the second segment of the exams. Though intelligent and competent, I believe she would benefit from further mentorship as she progresses in her career—she has the capacity to truly excel in those fields, but those skills need refining.
