| It was never easy to hear the last requests of someone who was preparing to pass out, or at least expecting such events. While the operation was the best option for Minazawa, it was not a promise to have a continued life. It was a chance...a big one, and the choice was hers if it were one that she wished to gamble her life with. That being said, Miho didn't have any intention of doing nothing less than her best work.
As she always had done...
With Miho taking the girl's hand into her own, she'd listen to her and nod as she held a calm expression on her face, allowing for a faint smile before then closing her eyes.
"I will do everything I can....but I promise I will honor your wishes...now rest..."
Drawing her hand away softly, the older female would perform a set of three seals, placing her fingertip against the girl's forehead as three pulses of chakra would begin to move through her. While this would not aid in the struggle for breath, it would make the process easier as it granted a mild relief from the pain that came with it. This would at least give the girl a moment to get a good amount of rest, and let her body prepare for the surgery that was to follow.
The Senju would need all the strength she could afford for it, and Miho wanted to ensure that she had every advantage in making through it.

NAME: Chintsu-Zai [Pain Reliever] RANK: C CHAKRA USAGE: Medium CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu [Medical] ELEMENT: - HANDSEALS: 3 [Dog, Dragon, Ox] REQUIREMENT: Chakra Control SA, Medical Training SA DESCRIPTION: A technique that simulates the effects of mild man-made painkillers. The user sends a quick series of healing pulses through his/her own body or a target's (touching the fingertips or palm firmly to any area). These pulses rapidly alter the body's production of particular prostaglandins, alleviating rapidly most mild or moderate pain the target is experiencing. The effect lasts for a couple hours ICly--similar to a standard pain pill. While some prostaglandins produced by the body are inflammatory by nature, they have a greater effect on the body as a whole--meaning that repeated use of this technique over time can adversely affect larger processes such as immune response, kidney filtration efficiency, regulation of hormones and inflammation, the dilation/constriction of muscle cells, etc. In other words: it can be used instead of painkiller pills, but not as an everyday thing, as it is just as harmful long-term as prescription pills that do the same thing. NOTE: Cannot be used while in active combat. Ideal for post-combat pain management and field procedures.

Enhanced Chakra Control Training within the land of Snakes has given more than just experience in Senjutsu, it as also taught her precise control over her chakra and it's supply available to her in exact moments of need. Though she never fully mastered Senjutsu, her ability to control and execute techniques with limited resources have proven to display an understanding of control over her own supply of internal energy and granted her the ability to make each strike count, knowing full well that it might be her last attempt at making an impact against a pressing opponent.
Adept Medical Training Since her return to Konohagakure, Miho has taken upon a new role within the village and has done her best to live up to the example set by her former teacher. With nearly over three years of medical training, Miho has become a capable physician within the village, adapting to the path of helping to create a healthy and safe village. This knowledge allows for her to use many medical ninjutsu and techniques effectively that can save lives on and off the battle field, and it only appears that she has scratched the surface of just what she can do in the future. In some causes, she can come up with various versions of these jutsus, improving upon them to make them just as effective when on the field.
