Nayu was seated on the porch of her house located in the Aeru Clan Compound. She was reminiscing about her most recent training session with her cousin Eiji. During their practice, they were manipulating the sand, and at that moment, Nayu felt something peculiar inside her. It was something she had never experienced before and couldn't explain.

The few very small shards of glass that remained in the sand after their training session were proof of that. Although they disappeared shortly afterward, Nayu was certain there was no glass in the sand prior to their arrival. None of the clan members would have contaminated the sand with an alien object. This made Nayu wonder if she was the one responsible for it.

It seemed impossible to her, but then again, was it? Could it be possible to awaken a bloodline ability so late? Nayu wasn't sure about it since she had never considered the fact that she might have inherited her father's bloodline, Haton, which meant she could have the Glass Release ability.

The only way to test her theory was to try and see if the recent event was a coincidence or if she was somehow connected to the small glass shards in the sand.

Nayu found herself uncertain as she pondered what to do next. Was it truly possible that she had inherited the Glass Release ability from her father's side, as her inner self was nudging her? Despite feeling a bit nervous, Nayu was determined to find out the truth by heading to the Aeru training grounds.

She set out from her porch and walked along the familiar paths of the clan compound until she reached the vast training grounds. There, she could sense the energy of other clan members practicing their skills, but Nayu remained focused on her own goal.

She found a quiet spot in the training grounds, took a deep breath, and centered her concentration. Then, with a silent incantation, Nayu summoned the sand beneath her feet and channeled her chakra into the sand as she always did.

For what seemed like an eternity, Nayu concentrated on transforming the sand into glass. Changing its shape, its density, or whatever property she could come up with. But despite her best efforts, the sand stubbornly refused to change beneath her touch, leaving her feeling frustrated.

Despite her repeated attempts, Nayu couldn't replicate her earlier experience, causing her to feel doubtful about whether she truly possessed the Glass Release ability or if the earlier events had been a mere fluke.

As the sun rose higher in the sky, Nayu was hard at work trying to awaken the Glass Release once again. But despite her best efforts, she was struggling to get a hang of it. Every attempt ended in disappointment, and the unrelenting desert heat wasn't helping either. Her chakra small chakra reserves were not cooperating either.

Nayu was getting frustrated, but she refused to give up. She kept trying and trying and trying, even though her progress was non-existent. Her stubbornness at this point was admirable, and she was not willing to let her lack of success deter her.

As the day wore on, Nayu's stomach started to rumble, reminding her that she needed to take a break and eat something. She knew that her body needed nourishment, even if her mind was still focused on her training, something she learned from her cousin Eiji.

Finally, Nayu decided to call for a break and headed back home. She was tired and hungry, but her spirits were still high. As she ate a simple meal, she made herself, she reflected on her training with Eiji and tried to think of ways to recreate what she had done when she was with Eiji.
