To all our wonderful members new, veteran and somewhere in between.  

I’m sure many of you are desperate to find out what became of the Kages of those who have recently left. We hope you’ll be on board with our decision, please read below for more details.

Kumogakure –
Kyuten Aoi was taken by the same disease that ravaged Kumogakure less than a year ago. In her absence, the Jonin Hanchou Ryujin Imojin is stepping up as Godaime Raikage. Along with the sudden death of Aoi, the Head Medic Shizuka Yumi was also taken by the same disease trying to treat Aoi. This leaves the Head Medic position open. 

Konohagakure –
Upon the arrival of the Kusa Lady Midori Kane into Konoha a group of extremists assassinated Hayashi Ayame. Jonin Hanchou, Hyuuga Kagame, decided to remain at her post while councillors Akimichi Chono and Inuzuka Inara elected Kawai Niko as Nanadaime Hokage. Having served under three different Hokages, Niko is considered to have the most knowledge of anyone and has stepped up to contain the growing threat within Konohagakure. 

Iwagakure –
Civil unrest has erupted in Iwagakure between those who remained loyal to the Second Tsuchikage and Tantetsu Kyoya. It has already claimed the life of its Tsuchikage, Tantetsu Kyoya. While the infighting has settled in the past months, no one yet has claimed the position of Tsuchikage.  

Kirigakure –
The Sanbi Jinchuuriki lost their inner struggle with the Sanbi. The tailed beast tore through Kirigakure and destroyed the Ran and Sato clans before taking the life of Yuki Nanami. Before the beast could continue on its rampage, it was sealed away into a new Jinchuuriki leaving Kirigakure in a state of panic. With the death of Nanami and many of the more experienced members of Kirigakure, the individual responsible for sealing away the Sanbi was unanimously voted as Mizukage in her stead. 

As of now, the Tsuchikage and Mizukage are open to applications. Plots are reasonably open to the respective applicants.  

As well as the opening of these Kage positions, the staff have decided to waive the 2 week wait in between characters so that members may app more than one character at a time. We will, however, be continuing to review the applications to a high standard, so brace yourselves for the renowned marker of doom.  

On a personal note, I would like you all to welcome to our staff team our new moderators, 0bserver, Shizu and Wraith. As most of you are aware, they have been hitting the reviewing job hard the past few days and I hope you will all welcome them as you did to many of us. Another addition to our team is Blue, who has taken up residence as our new Advertisement Mod. We also expect you all to welcome him to the team of overlords. On that final note, we'd like to welcome Mr. Yoritomo back as Head Admin and super awesome founder.
