DESCRIPTION:

With the current state of Iwagakure finally stabilizing, Yondaime Tsuchikage: Nohime Kouen has set his sites on seizing the territory and resources of Ishi no Kuni and it's hidden Village of Ishigakure. Once an objective of the late Nidaime Tsuchikage, Kouen has taken on the responsibility of the former kage and plans on seeing it through to the end result. Being like minded with distant predecessor, the Nidaime; Kouen believes the lands of Ishi no Kuni are rightfully that of Tsuchi no kuni, with Ishi's inhabitants being Tsuchi no kunians with a strong connection to the Will of Stone, so much as to defy their homeland. This the initial battle between Ishi no kuni and Tsuchi no Kuni forces, Kouen's main goal is to break through Ishi's forces and lay siege to the capitol, ultimately claiming the land and it's resources in the name of Tsuchi no Kuni. Although expecting resistance Kouen believes he has sent the right personal for the job. Be that as it may Iwagakure is very aware that this battle will just be the start of their campaign to expand Tsuchi no Kuni and the Will of Stone.

Keep in mind however, that Ishi no Kuni residents and ninja would be resistant to this and will fight back. I take it that you mean this is something you think only Kounen believes?
