there has always been something that bugs me on sites about purchasing new techniques. Say a jutsu you are learning is a stronger version of one you created/already have, wouldn't it make more sense that it would take less experience (ICly: Effort)  to make it? So I was wondering if you all have ever thought of, or are willing to think of, some sort of system that gives discounts to learning a new jutsu if its an improvement on one you already know?

Sorry for the long wait but the staffers have been debating this for a great deal of time. The consensus was that characters already get XP discounts with their specialisations and to continue gaining XP discounts on top of that is likely to make things tricky. We are looking in the future in having a way to do this but for now it is a no go I'm afraid. Thank you for bringing this up however as it has given the staff a lot to think on.
