✚ Jutsu XP Costs

Alright folks, here is how purchasing experience will work. For the first time you purchase something for a character you will start a new thread for them. That thread will be solely used when purchasing jutsu for that specific character. This will essentially allow you and us a ledger of sorts to track your purchases.

In your first post, you should have a link to your character and should also list your specialization(s) below that. This will allow staff to easily add purchased jutsu to your character application, but also will let us know of any price increases or decreases due to your specialization(s).

In case any member has not read the specializations; I will be going over those now. If you have a primary & secondary specialization you get a ten percent discount on any jutsu that fall in the primary specialization, a flat rate for the secondary specialization and a ten percent increase for non specialized techniques.

If you are a sole specialist (only having a primary other than generalist) then you will receive a twenty-five percent discount when purchasing techniques falling inside that specialization. Any other techniques will suffer the ten percent increase.

Lastly, if you are generalized you are able to buy all jutsu (except for Ninjutsu [Medical] & Ninjutsu [Puppetry] which are locked for you) at a flat rate. While this means no discounts, this also means no price increases across the board. However, you'll never be able to purchase S ranks.

Furthermore, it should be noted that while you are capable of purchasing S ranks (except generalists) that you will only be able to buy them in your primary specialization; in the event you have a secondary specialization you will be capable of buying up to A ranks for that as well. Anything outside your specialization(s) will be purchasable up to B rank.

So, to reflect. Upon your first purchase you should have the link to your account and your specialization(s) listed. Additionally for both your first post as well as any subsequent post in that thread, you should provide a link to the Jutsu you are purchasing for your character; listing the technique's name(s), the rank of the technique(s), the specialization(s) they fall under & lastly should provide a link to the technique(s) listing(s) so we may link them in your profile.

Summon Jutsu Rules/Costs Summon Jutsu Purchases For those of you who would rather build up your summons list over your own character, you are able to purchase jutsu for your summons with your own EXP!   There are some limitations depending on the ranks of summons, but this gives room for players to expand upon their summons skill without going vastly overboard.  Keep in mind with summons that those ranks are there for a reason.  An E ranked summon will not have chakra pools equal to that of a B rank.  It's like comparing an Academy Student to a Special Jounin.  Vastly different capabilities.  This carries over into the expectations of other Special Abilities as well.  A speedster E rank is comparable to a Student, while an A rank is along the lines of a Jounin.   Justu Costs Justu costs are simple.  All jutsu for summons are dependent upon the SUMMON'S rank.  All jutsu will be purchased at the price of their inherent Specializations.   Non specs increasing the amount by 10%.    Primary getting a discount of 10%.   And Soles getting a discount of 25%. E Rank - Academy Student  D Rank - Genin    C Rank - Chunin  B Rank - Sp Jounin  A Rank - Jounin  S Rank - Elite Jounin Ranking Up Summons Now, there's an obvious problem for when you just get too many jutsu on a summon, or if you want to grow old and dear and make your main summon stronger with you.  This comes to how and when you are at the very least REQUIRED to rank up summons.   If you want to rank up a summon, feel free to send an appeal over to the appeals board.  But below will show the limitations of jutsu for summons.  If you wish to purchase more than that max for the rank, the summon is required to be bumped up to the next rank before acquiring more jutsu.
