After having taken down one gang the others have just taken over their territory, and a new leader of said gang has risen trying to take it back. However the new leader is younger, and less experienced. He may fall easily before the other gangs, which means this should be a easy mission. Capture the new leader, and if at all possible the head members of the gang. If the chance arises to capture members of other gangs. Take it.
