A new genin has recently run from home for untold reasons.  His mother is paying to have shinobi find him, as he is not beyond using whatever means necessary to escape being brought back home.  If not found readily, he may find himself in further trouble than just having village shinobi searching for him.  

He is most definitely not to be killed.  Lack of injury is recommended but force may be needed.
