DESCRIPTION:

A local gambler has recently had a problem with paying his debts, it's come to such a problem he's made his village look bad. His locality being Kirigakure has sadly made him a menace to our population, he thinks holding up in a shinobi village makes him untouchable by foreign villages, but these towns are our neighbors and our allies. We need these allies, but his debt isn't enough to exile the man, instead we've asked to avoid trouble, by delivering the message our neighbors fail to be able too. This mission is high rank because the man could attempt to defend himself, as well as needs to be taught a proper lesson. Proceed to 'remind' the man of his debt, you a pair of children should really deliver the message too, as his pride will surely be squashed with the rest of him. Obviously the man can't be allowed to die or escape in this coercion or are village will look inept in it's ability to look after our neighbors best interest.
