DESCRIPTION:

Amegakure is one of the most technologically advanced villages in the world, it's easily the most out of the shinobi villages and it's had the most advanced gear in accordance. These advances though aren't all made within the down pour of the inner city, a good few minds have broken the standard rain shinobi lifestyle. Rewarded with land in the surrounding area, these minds go mostly unchecked due to resources. The best minds were mostly in fact in the village, but these outlying genius minds weren't to be forgotten.

Tsuki often got help and ideas from one man in a village just a short distance off from the lake Amegakure sat in. It was common for her to make requests of their smiths and designers, as well as receive ideas and plans they'd developed. However the last report Tsuki got was to come receive her order personally. She'd never been requested to do such a thing, an immediate red flag emerged in the JiTE Captains mind. She didn't however want to act as a captain, if she revealed her identity it'd be just as bad as ignoring the flag.

Unable to deny the call as measly tinker, Tsuki would recruit two genin to escort her, it'd be placed upon them to guard her as a citizen and inventor within Amegakure. The real purpose of the mission was to investigate the town of which Tsuki's contact live. Tsuki couldn't act with the full reach of her puppet arsenal, but she was confident in the Amegakure shinobi she'd selected to accompany her mission.
