Predecessor Mission - During this mission, Genmori Saizō engaged in combat with a squad of four individuals, one of which possessing Chūnin-Level capabilities. After engaging, they were subsequently eliminated by Saizō, sustaining mild injuries and completing the predetermined mission.

After a thorough investigation regarding the origins and reasoning for this assault, small-time robbery was removed from the possibilities. The squad was a family of four, a rogue shinobi family of Frost Countries Shimogakure. They had taken refuge within the Mizu no Kuni borders and had been roped into becoming a hit squad for an organization of shinobi called the [Free Blaze]. This organization originated from the Lightning Countries Kumogakure, and it seems a small branch of this organization was erected within Mizu no Kuni.

After careful consideration, and having experienced this group first-hand, Genmori Saizō was reassigned to perform information gathering of their base of operations. Due to it's level of discreetness, and proficiency in Illusions and Escape Methods - Saizō has been selected for this mission.

The secondary mission is the find the [Free Blaze] branch's base of operations, and eliminate all associates and members with swiftness. All previous information gathered will be given. You have three months to complete this mission.
