DESCRIPTION:

With the civil war in Iwagakure officially subsided and in the note of an election taking place, a few days before the election is taking place Yoshiko and Akira have been put on the task of escorting a high ranking official to Iwagakure no Sato. This high ranking official while not extremely influential is a extremely wealthy individual (linking to the mission's rank) meaning that it would be important that this individual re-invests in Iwagakure no Sato.

The issue lies that passing through to collect the official means taking him through a cross-ways village which are notoriously less fortunate than the man and live far more in poverty. In realizing it was a potential issue, the individual has decided to put a little money in to throw a festival in the town while he passes through. 

Participants are to simply escort the official to Iwagakure no Sato through this route and ensure that the individual remains unharmed.
