From what I'm seeing Ikari hasn't attained chuunin rank yet. Even if it was decided she had passed (although it still wouldn't change she hasn't been ranked up yet) I believe the thread was started before the exams were finished so you can't rightly expect to be given a higher rank for a thread that started before the exams happened.

So giving you a D rank training. Luckily you're still eligible for the sensei bonus since it was an academy student you were helping to train.

I'm sorry to be applying for two trainings at once, I don't believe I applied from cloak and dagger, but if I'm wrong just negate this mention. I did however complete a thread from my genin days that wasn't started or ending around cloak and dagger and would like that jutsu added.

Cloak and Dagger will be considered a genin thread due to Ikari and Ikana referring to Ikari as a genin repeatedly. As well, Ikari was promoted on July 2nd. The thread started May 15. So no, she wouldn't have even been boards promoted at the time the thread started.
