DESCRIPTION:

During the Civil War a couple of mines were collapsed and initially crippled a part of Tsuchi no Kuni's economy. In order to combat this the easier of the collapsed mines was re-opened using doton instead of conventional mining. It was the shinobi who caved the location in, so it'd be the shinobi who undid the damage. However near immediately after the mine went back into service something started happening to the miners.

A string of murders have been reported within in the mines and the investigative forces within the mining team are baffled. There's no signs of ninjutsu used, but the murders are violent and persistent. Assuming it's a miner or some sneaky serial killer, the miners have requested shinobi investigation into the matter. Figure out whose killing the miners and eliminate them, if it feels like the murderer is tied to more than these miners attempt to capture.
