DESCRIPTION:

A man uses a water turbine to turn the mill of his farm to grind grain, it sadly was a contraption next to the ocean and apart of an old building. The spinning wheel like device during a storm spun to quickly and was pulled to hard by the current. It was sturdy and metal so it likely survived the storm with charm, but the building it was attached to cracked at the spot which held it. Unbinding from the farm the wheel proceed to roll into the deep. The farmer can replace and reinforce where the wheel broke off, but the wheel was expensive. Hopefully with the help of Kirigakure shinobi it can be dredged from the sea, but there's one complication. When trying to find the wheel the farmer almost got eaten by a squid, but what's a squid to a bunch of shinobi?
