CHAKRA

Chakra is an essential to performing various kinds of techniques. This can range from the most basic to the incredibly advanced techniques shinobi have developed. The usage of this "energy"
can give human's super powers practically. The ability to walk on water, up walls and even enhance their natural abilities. Below I've dedicated my time to formatting a good gauge on chakra. What I've collected over the years as a huge Naruto fan, a role player of twelve-years and lastly a dedicated member of NFB.

How does one gauge Chakra?

Many things play into how much chakra one has, many things need to be considered but nothing is ultimate. The forum is meant to be loosely written due to the freedom they wanted. With that in mind, no sense of numbers or stats will be needed. Instead, I will focus attention on specific things so players can gauge chakra properly themselves. These are a few things I've listed, but not limited to: Special Abilities(SAs), and ranking. As a player you need to understand your limits, but what would play into chakra. Each rank of technique should be understood, and that way we can understand exactly "how much" of some things we can do.

Chakra Drain

If anyone has noticed there is a scale on the forum for chakra drain. Each technique has one and it helps you understand how much a chakra is taxing when used. Very Low, Low, Medium, High, and Very High. Sometimes it can even exceed very high, but only an SA can help accomplish that when being an Elite Jounin.

Each drain will be different for a rank. A D-rank technique with a very high chakra drain won't be the same as a S-rank technique with a very high chakra drain. This is because the difference in the techniques tiers. A D-rank techniques difficulty is nothing the same to an S-rank techniques difficulty. So keep this in mind!

Technique Rank(s)
D-rank techniques are essentially Academy Student/Genin techniques. Very low class, weak, unlikely to be anything seriously damaging. Likely bruising.

C-rank techniques are Genin/Chuunin based techniques. Higher ranked class, stronger and likely to be damaging. Breaking bones, bruising and other forms of moderate hurt.

B-rank techniques are Chuunin/S.Jounin ranked techniques. B-ranks are much stronger, can be lethal damage and all prior damage can follow.

A-rank techniques are Jounin ranked techniques. More often than not being trump cards, pinnacles of power and usually mean death if landed on a target.

S-rank techniques are often considered forbidden. Usually very difficult to perform, one of the kind known and the ultimate trump card. These are the pinnacles of power. Often Kage-leveled techniques and equally draining possibly involving consequences to the user.

Ranking(s)

Academy Students can perform a handful of E-rank techniques, and likely one D-rank technique.

Genin can perform of a handful of D-rank techniques and likely one or two C-rank Techniques

Chuunin can perform a handful of C-rank techniques and likely one or two B-rank techniques.

S.Jounin can perform a handful of C-rank techniques, likely a few B-rank techniques(3 to 4)

Jounin can perform a handful of B-rank techniques, and likely a few A-rank techniques(2-3), or one S-rank.

Elite Jounin can perform an abundance of techniques. Likely able to perform many(4-6) A-rank techniques, or an S-rank technique with minimal techniques after.

Mind you these are rough estimates of basic ranking chakra gauges. An SA will put you above your peers, but not equal to a rank higher than you. Example being: If a Genin had a Large Chakra Reserve SA, he still wouldn't have chakra to that of a Chunin, but he'd be above any Genin without an SA.

If someone has two SA's towards it, then they'll be slightly higher than the rank above them. Example being: A genin with two chakra related SA's would have slightly higher chakra than a the average Chunin.
